Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The house had plenty of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. There was a calm environment in a peaceful area where you could listen to the sounds of birds. Mr. Onur is also a very friendly and helpful character, he made us feel at home at every moment of our holiday, I would like to thank him again. A lovely home where you can stay without hesitation.

We had a peaceful holiday, the host took care of all our problems, the sea was great, it was like an aquarium, we woke up in the morning with just birds chirping The only problem was the bathroom, rusty water was coming from somewhere, but we didn't mind because it covered the view and calmness, we would like to visit 🤗 again ☺️

Murat was a very nice host and was warm and friendly to resolve any issues we had in a timely manner, especially helping us carry our luggage up and down.His place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals.The property is in a great lot, just a short walk to the seaside and the city center along the seaside.All in all, we were very comfortable and satisfied and would not hesitate to choose this place if we come back to Cesme next time.Highly recommend this place!

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Everything actually went really well; the host was friendly and helpful. One day we didn’t have electricity because the area is still under construction, and we weren’t informed about it, but apparently, they didn’t know either. The view of the sea was truly calming, stunning, and extremely beautiful. It will be very interesting to see how the area looks like in 5 years when it’s finished. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy and feels somewhat like an off-road track, but you can still get there with a regular car. Thank you, and have a wonderful spring and happy life! ❤️🙏🏻

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios.
