We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Cannot recommend this Yavuz’s place enough! It was in pristine condition, we had everything we needed. He was very friendly and responsive. The location was great as well with lots of shops and cafes within 5 min walk. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely stay again!
