We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

This is a great place with a wonderful mix of antique and modern. Good floor plan, high ceilings, nice architectural details and furnishings. Really wonderful location. I look forward to staying another time.

Ms. Betül and Mr. Eser's houses were immaculately clean and tidy. Everything we needed was thought out in detail. Especially the sheltered terrace and bath were very nice details and very enjoyable. Our hosts were very kind and sympathetic. Thanks to their advice, we had a very nice 3 days. We felt at home thanks to the affectionate conversation and sweet Latte. We will choose again next time we arrive.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The neighbors are friendly and gracious people. The house is beachfront and in a tranquil neighborhood. The garden is quite spacious. There are many trees in the remaining part of the garden. While the children are playing on the lawn, you can sip your coffee in the gazebo and watch the sea. Perfect for family with kids. We had a pleasant, peaceful holiday with my family.

Baliclilova, in this luxury villa, my husband and I spent 16 unforgettable days and evenings. The suite was spacious, European style. Full two-room apartment with chic views. It was possible to sit on the terrace for hours and admire the beauty of the views of Turkey. The territory of the villa is very large, with exquisite lap design and lighting. The hosts of Villa Waihap and Eifesh are very nice, educated, sociable and noble people, they created an unforgettable holiday for us. We spoke to them on all topics (via Google translator), traveled together to Urla, Karaburun, Cesme, Alacati. We tasted good Turkish ice cream "Dondurma", we drank fragrant coffee, tea and wine. We made friends with the hosts, we plan to visit them again. Who is tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and is looking for a cozy place for a family vacation with beautiful views, then here. It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.

The location was close to the downtown area of Izmir, which was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, fully equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host, Doa, was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
