Location, Cleanliness, needs, everything was very nice. Since the season was winter, the air conditioners were turned on before we arrived, we did not enter an ice-cold house, it's a subtle thought. There are too many cats, but if you are coming to Foça, you will experience it everywhere. The only thing missing from the house was that there was no lighting like a lantern in the house, so we were able to notice it when the power went out. it's a thermal sheltered place, even though it's rainy in winter and right, you don't get cold. the trampoline outside is sturdy and reliable. It has a Netflix membership. seasonally, the price could only be kept a little more affordable. thank you for everything

The house was very nice, neat and spotless. The place you vacation is very important, but the person you vacation is just as important. My close friend and I had the most beautiful and fun holiday of our lives. It was a place we would prefer again for us. We had a little surprise in the morning, the Countess took one of our slippers and couldn't find it:)

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

It was such a lovely and peaceful place to stay. The location is excellent, there are many cafes, restaurants and the sea all in walking distance. The host were so nice and helpful, Betül is a very warm person and made me feel right at home. Also the Turkish bath is a real treat. I will be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Izmir!

Ms. Selda is a very positive, well-intentioned and helpful host. Very helpful from the moment we reached out. When we got home, everything was as stated. There was nothing that wasn't working or missing. Many details were considered for the comfort of guests. We felt like we were in a nearby home. Operated shutters, powerful air conditioning, and fans allow you to sleep comfortably even during the day. Kitchen utensils, white goods are new and useful. The neighbors are friendly and gracious people. The house is beachfront and in a tranquil neighborhood. The garden is quite spacious. There are many trees in the remaining part of the garden. While the children are playing on the lawn, you can sip your coffee in the gazebo and watch the sea. Perfect for family with kids. We had a pleasant, peaceful holiday with my family.

Host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We had to make a last minute reservation and the host came through to help us. They waited for us to arrive and made sure we made it to the home safely (it is a bit hard to find). We are so greatful for the hospitality.

It was a very good choice for calm peace of mind, the hosts were helpful in everything, we were not victimized. It was also great to have its own parking lot. The house is a little outside of Urla, but it is quite easy to get to by car. About 30 minutes from the center of Urla. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, which is enough to meet the needs. The sea is 1 km away, easily accessible on foot. The house has all the necessary kitchen utensils, but liquid soap and toilet paper were missing. There was no WiFi. The sheets and towels were quite clean, we are very satisfied with this. The large grassy area in front of the house was very pleasant for hiking or sitting, the landscaping was also very nice.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

In short, the house is generally a product of a very thoughtful thought. We needed a vacuum as we were staying with our baby. And if there was at least a shared washing machine, it wouldn't taste like it: ) The location of the house is centrally located and there is transportation to the bazaar. Transportation with your car is also very comfortable. We provided easy transportation to the bays in Urla, almost the same distance by car.

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

we were very comfortable as long as we stayed, the house was immaculately clean and very tidy. Everything we needed was available ( sheet drying-iron was a plus ), the hosts were interested and never uncomfortable. Thank you for everything 💛

Ben's house was in a very good place in terms of location, the description of the house was very good until the place of the key, it was very nice when the description was followed, everything was close to the beaches, the location was close to the beaches, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on average, everything is very comfortable, the restaurants were very nice in the evenings. It takes 5-6 minutes by taxi to the center of Çeşme, very comfortable location, the house was very nice. I helped us a lot with everything, thank you very much, we are already making our next year vacation plan for this place. I think it's very affordable in terms of price. There is a boat tour nearby, we used them in the center of Çeşme, the time is very fun, thank you very much for everything.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
