Villa vacation rentals in İzmir

It was a stay we were really satisfied with. The entire house was spotless, so much so that as soon as we walked in, we felt the spaciousness and peace of mind. Every detail has been considered, the layout and environment of the house made us very comfortable. Mr. Alican, who greeted us, was extremely kind, caring and friendly. We felt like we were at home, not guests. Thank you so much for everything, we feel lucky to have encountered such a home and such a host. We would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

It was incredibly clean first and foremost. Mr. Özal answers all very relevant questions instantly and offers a quick solution, and the house was the same as we saw in the photos. We stayed with 7 people, we were very satisfied, in a quiet and decent neighborhood. Very easy to get to and very close to the center. Highly recommend.

Mr. Adem and his wife, Ms. Ayşegül, were very warm and welcomed us very well and were very helpful with everything. It is also foreseen for our little son's needs. The house is very nice and convenient. Thank you so much for everything

The house was thought out and very clean to meet our needs. Ms. Hatice was quick to answer our every question and was helpful with everything. The house was quite spacious and peaceful with its garden. It was nice to spend time at home. It can be challenging to walk to the sea for families with children or babies, it takes about 20 minutes. The location of the house is quite good considering the beaches and markets. Ms. Hatice's communication was also very good, thanks to her help with everything. Recommended 👍🏼

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Amazing house for a bigger group of friends or family. We definitely enjoyed and fully recommend this Airbnb. The hosts are great, welcome you in person, explain you everything and you feel at home from the first second. We loved the design and place very much. It has everything you need for a perfect break. Ms. Selda and her family were incredibly friendly. After meeting us in person, they stopped by to leave fresh melons:) The house was as in the photos, the surrounding neighborhood was a little calm and quiet, we especially preferred it this way. Cleanliness and service were as stated, I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind💗

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

It is a great villa, very spacious. I stayed here with my extended family and kids loved the big garden, pool, cats and bunnies. Villa is only few minutes drive from the main shopping mall of the town which we used for getting everything for the BBQ. It is not cheap but you get luxury, we were all happy and we will be back.

Mr. Metin was a very caring, helpful and easy to communicate with. It helped us a lot by providing quick feedback both before the trip and during the stay. The house is a very suitable option for those who want a peaceful holiday. It is a very nice environment with a patio, pool, and garden. The house is very clean and tidy. If anyone wants to go outside the summer, the heating was also very good. We would like to thank Mr. Metin for everything:)

Everything was very nice in the house where we came with 6 people. Ms. Şehriban and her daughter Ayşin helped with everything, the location is very nice, grocery entertainment venues, buffet, etc. We hope we can do it again next year:)

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Great accommodation!!! In the beginning, I would like to thank Ezgi for their warm nature. She was always easy to reach and was always helpful. The villa is a dream and exactly matches the photos. The house had a very private and cozy ambiance, especially the garden overlooking the pool was a dream. The house had everything necessary for daily use and was super clean. I would have liked to spend more weeks. The city center is only a few minutes away by car. On my next trip to Cesme, I will always book Ezgi's villa. The house exceeded all my expectations!
