Yaşar abi cok anlayışlı dostcanlısı ve yardımseverdi herhangi bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda ivedilikle yardım etti evin konumu denildiği kadar uzak ama ulaşım sağlanılabiliyor rahatlıkla doğayla iç içe olduğu için çok fazla böcek vs var tedbirli gidin sahile 5dk yerde ama bölge koy bölgesi olduğu için kumsal yok çakıl var sahillerde suyu son derece temiz bölge fazlasıyla sakin ve sessiz evin içinde her şey mevcut baharat ev eşyaları alet edevat ev son derece temiz her şey fotoğraflardaki gibi son derece parasının hakkını veren bir hizmet

Kesinlikle muhteşem bir yer

Çok güzel bir sömestr tatili geçirdik. Evin konumu çok güzel ve eşyalar yeterliydi. Yataklar son derece rahattı. Klimalar da ısınma için yeterliydi. Foçaya gittiğimizde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğiz bir yerdi. İlke de işinde gayet profesyoneldi teşekkür ederiz.

Cagatay was very helpful and responded fast to our enquiries. The house was located in a quite area which we suited our family well. The walk to Çiftilik center took about 5 minutes. The beach at Çiftilik was ok but you need a car to get to nicer beaches which were about 10 minutes drive by car. We taught that the house was somewhat small for our party of 8 adults. 2 of the beds are bed soffas in the living room. Cagatay fixed an air mattress at our request which helped with our sleeping problem. The house was well equipped. Cagatay fixed most of what we missed in the kitchen in a day. I would highly recommend Cagatay as a host and his house in Çiflitik, if you are looking for a quiet and secluded accomodation in the Çeşme district.

Narullah jest świetnym gospodarzem. Jest bardzo pomocny i szybko udziela odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania. Mieszkanie było czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Do centrum jest bardzo blisko a z góry jest piękny widok na całe miasto. Sypialnie są wygodne a kuchnia funkcjonalna. To był bardzo dobry pobyt w rewelacyjnej cenie.

Konaklamamız sürecinde kendimizi evimizde hissettik, her şey mükemmeldi. Evin konumu çok nezih bir sitede bulunuyordu ve denize sıfır denebilecek kadar yakındı. Deniz ve Fatoş hanım çok ilgililerdi. Özellikle temizlik konusunda çok memnun kaldık her yer dezenfekte edilmiş ve pırıl pırıldı. Check-in saatinden erken gitmemize rağmen valizlerimizi koymamıza izin verdiler, Fatoş hanım her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Gönül rahatlığıyla gelip kalabilirsiniz :)

Very lovely and spacious house with a beautiful and thoughtfully designed interior. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made the space feel both comfortable and stylish. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was really nice to stay there and go for sea side walks in the mornings

Metim is such a wonderful host! Super friendly and very responsive with my questions. He greeted us upon our arrival, which is super lovely. Great location, very clean and was a comfortable stay. We also managed to do our laundry at the accommodation which was awesome. Walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Izmir 😊

Here we experienced the Turkish hospitality. Gizem welcomed us with local coffee and sweets. The apartment was spacious, light and clean. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. As it was winter, we appreciated them. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The blanket was very warm so we even slept with A/C turned off. Kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. During our stay we had just one issue. There was no hot water in the shower and the owner proposed to take shower in another apartment, on the same floor. We accepted this situation as we didn’t want, for couple of reasons, to search and change the apartment. Besides this, it was a pleasant stay. And Gizem was always there to help.

Çok keyifli bir konaklamaydi. Ev sahibimizin ilgisi ve yardımseverliği sayesinde hiç sorun yaşamadık. Evin konumu da çok merkezi. Tramvayla en popüler lokasyonlara rahatça ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Son zamanlarda kaldığım diğer evlere kıyasla en eksiksiz ve en temiz ev burasıydı. Her şey o kadar düzenliydi ki çıkış saatine kadar Tülay Hanım'a tek bir soru sormama bile gerek kalmadı.

Tufan bey ve eşi her sorunda yardımcı oldular. İzmir’de güvenli güzel bir konaklamak için doğru bir adres olur. Kibarlıkları ve dost canlısı oldukları için teşekkür ederim.

Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz bizim için güzel bir tatildi gece biraz klima açık olmasına rağmen soğuktu onun dışında herşey gerçekten çok güzeldi

Serap iyi bir ev sahibi ve sıcakkanlı evin konumu temizliği eşyaların durumu hersey güzeldi İzmir tatili için 1 gece lik konaklama yaptık sorunsuz rahat bir temiz bir dairede kaldığımız için memnun kaldık.Hatta içeride bir esyamizi unuttuk sagolsun kendisi bu konuda çok ilgiliydi ve esyamizi bize kargo yaptı:))

Bon séjour dans L'appartement propre et bien situer non loin du centre ville, bazare... Evité de venir le soir en voiture, l'adresse sur le site AIRBNB le GPS ne trouve pas le logement, on a tourner en rond pendant 1h difficile avec le GPS de trouver le logement, heureusement, un taxi nous a aidé à trouve l'appartement car la nuit c'est pas évident. Bon contact par messagerie avec Nazan et réactive à nos demandes. Merci.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. Maybe one day we'll see you again.

I've stayed in a wide range of places in different countries on Airbnb and other platforms throughout the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best stays ever. Perfect flat - spotless, comfortable and well organized. Berrin and her partner Kubilay were so kind to us. They welcomed us at the door, showed all the amenities and communicated with us throughout our stay to check if we are comfortable and offered help if we needed. Every little detail that we would need during our stay was already already provided the moment we arrived together with treats. The location was well-connected to busses, metro and tram. There are bunch of nice restaurants and shops just in 5 minutes of walk. Furthermore, having the opportunity of a sea side walk on one of the best spots in Izmir anytime is priceless. We would like to thank to both for their hospitality and kindness. 🫶

Нам было очень комфортно находится в этой прекрасной просторной квартире. В квартире есть всё необходимое, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, очень чисто. Было тихо, и в то же время рядом с пляжем. Огромное спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Huzurlu, Temiz ve konforluydu.

When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.

Konum, dekorasyon, temizlik, ilgi hepsi harikaydı. Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
