Great quiet place set back in a very beautiful jungle landscape. Steve was an excellent host - helped us with everything from transport to recommendations and very responsive. His adorable doggy Piña was an added bonus.

Great place, peaceful jungle vibes!

It was a great stay at Playa Bluff. We came with our son and we loved the house and the location, one minute from the beach. There are restaurants very close to eating, dining or having a drink but keeping the quiet character of the area. It's really a gem to enjoy nature. Nicole is a very kind and communicative host.

Nice house on the rustic side, although that is not at all out of character with the surroundings: Bocas del Toro very is laid-back and informal, not pampered luxury. The location was beautiful; beach on one side (but not swimmable for amateurs) and growth/jungle/monkeys/parrots on the other side. House had a nice layout and a well-equipped kitchen; split-level air conditioning worked sufficiently. Note that the upper bedroom loft is open and not very private. Within walking distance of good restaurants/beach joints, which were fun to go to. Taxis are plentiful and cheap, although we rented a car for more flexibility. The on-site people, including Tyson, were gracious, responsive and helpful.

My wife and I loved our stay at this beautiful home on Isla Bastimentos. The location is great. You can be swimming in warm water just a few steps from the front doors of the home. We recommend visiting the nearby Isla Zapatillas which are a short boat ride away. Fernando, the boat captain, can help you with that. Remember to stock up on groceries and drinks in Bocas Town before you head to Isla Bastimentos. There is a restaurant close by in the Azul Paradise resort (cash only), but if you want more variety then cooking in the well equipped kitchen at the home is a great option, as long as you plan for that. Overall, this home is a great place to relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings.

Joanna’s place is lovely. Monkeys, butterflys, and adorable kitties. Her recommendations book was great and the details of the place made us feel right at home, such as cooking oils and spices in the kitchen, local soaps, and breakfast on the first morning. A relaxing stay. Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! We loved the pool and the outside dining area. The beds were comfortable as well. My kids enjoyed looking for the green tree frogs at night and monkeys during the day. We were fortunate to see sloths along the jungle road. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. During our stay the coffee maker quit functioning and it was replaced that day! I highly recommend staying at this home if you don't mind being isolated from Bocas Town. We had great food and drinks at the S Hotel and nearby Bom Bom restaurant and bar.

As many have already said, this airbnb is AMAZING! We arrived to Bocas del Toro and went straight to this spot and fell in love with the house and the surroundings immediately. It felt so comfortable, safe, artsy, full of jungle life right outside the window! We loved the location near Pipa beach which is one of the only swimmable year-round beaches on the east side of the island! 3 minute walk to a delicious restaurant Pipa’s which is right at the beach, east taxi ride to and from town, (or a nice long walk). Allison and Sergio were incredible hosts and we loved the breakfast makings they shared with us as well! Sitting on that porch listening to the birds in the morning was so wonderful. if you are looking for a nice place that is relaxing but not too far from town, this is your spot! don’t miss this place- it’s so cute and absolutely wonderful value. We hope we will be back some day!

Very conveniently located at walking distance from the very center with bar, restaurants and taxi boats, but at same time in a quiet and safe location. The apartment is comfortable with two bedrooms and a nice living room. The kitchen is provided with all you need for a longer stay than just a week end. Bocas is an amazing place to discover nature and enjoy an exciting nightlife.

The room and view from the room is beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable, and the host communicated well. For me the place was a bit too noisy and lacked some privacy. The room is right next to the communal area where people jump into the ocean and they will be swimming and walking right in front of your room.

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms at the top and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. On the left side is a common kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, microwave and other utensils. It also has a grill and washing machine. Each room was comfortable, neat and clean. Its location allowed us to get around easily to the ports for tours and enjoy Bocas. The host responded to our inquiries, provided suggestions and guided us for our arrival. We were a group of 8 and were very pleased with the place, their equipment, their location and the host's treatment.

Lovely place, tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. There was a courtyard where you could sit and relax. Walkable area the Airbnb was near to restaurants, water taxis, grocery stores and excursions to book. Edilberto was a wonderful host and made recommendations for things to do. Very friendly and welcoming made me feel comfortable and at home. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Bocas.

Amazing place - Ricardo and Victoria are super attentive and awesome people! Place is beautiful and clean and private! Highly recommend.

Such a gorgeous apartment, I cannot recommend it enough. Located in a peaceful part of the town but still 5 minutes a way from all the restaurants and shops. It's modern and very clean, the view is amazing, the AC works great and there's even a hammock on the balcony. I'd go back in a heartbeat! They also gave us fresh towels and refilled our toilet paper and such when asked for it.

Stunning outdoor space with priceless views with loungers and hammocks!! Inside had everything needed for home away from home. Easy access for water taxing to anywhere. Walkable to store or restaurants. Being our first time in Bocas this home made it special!
