The place is surrounded by forest, you can see various birds, howler monkeys and at least one sloth. I particularly liked the platform at height to make these observations. The accommodation is rustic, naturally not very bright and in December, very wet. Nevertheless, it is quite functional and my stay was pleasant, I enjoyed the hammock and the terrace because it was very quiet despite its proximity to the road. Andrea is a great host, very proactive, with full explanations and contacts to share if needed, she will ensure you have a good stay.

Casa Neen was even more beautiful than the pictures. The yard/pool area is beautifully landscaped and very private. The home is spacious, unique and very well equipped. The pictures simply don’t do it justice! It’s an easy 20 min walk to town via the beach or the road. Eric was very approachable and always quick to answer the questions that we had and his recommendations for transportation, restaurants and activities were excellent. One of the hilites of our trip was the kayak tour that he recommended. We would strongly recommend Casa Neen to anyone who wants to see this beautiful area of Costa Rica!

The place was great! The cabin was private, surrounded by nature, and a great view spot for animals. The cabin was also very well built and lots of space for lounging and other activities. Benno and his wife were very friendly and helpful for whenever we needed something. All of the restaurants and shops were within a reasonable walking distance and the beach was also very close by. So overall a very great a place and we highly recommend staying here.

Villa Aragon is a beautiful property with so many options for relaxation from the king size beds, indoor sunroom to the hammocks, poolside loungers, and cute swings that were perfect for pictures! One of the highlights was the incredible private chef, Glenda, who crafted a delicious meal tailored to our vegan preferences. Her attention to detail and skill in the kitchen elevated our experience to pure luxury. We also booked a private fishing tour with Alan, which was phenomenal! Alan’s expertise and friendly nature made it an unforgettable adventure. Communication with the Villa Aragon team was seamless from start to finish, making the planning process stress-free. They truly thought of everything, and their recommendations for activities and services were spot on. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well organized, and luxurious getaway, Villa Aragon is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

We loved the privacy of the place, the very complete amenities, the comfortable beds, the selection of board games, the impeccable pool. In general, the place is very well thought out and we are looking forward to coming back very soon. The location is very good and quiet, full of nature. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. The weather is very variant, it can rain strong in the morning and in the afternoon it is completely sunny. You can reach it in 3 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket, in 5 minutes to Puerto Viejo and in 15-20 minutes to Manzanillo. I drive slowly, there are really many animals near the street, we saw monkeys and sloths, in addition life is very quiet, we do not break that charm with our fast-paced city customs. Thank you Sharon for your willingness and making us feel at home.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and it honestly was not long enough! The cottage we stayed in was beautiful and homely and had everything you needed inside. The pool area was always spotless and such a beautiful place to relax. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and town conveniently a 20 min walk down the beach. Both the hosts and Selva at front desk were so informative and attentive. We could not recommend this place enough! Thank you so much again!
