Monthly Rentals in Ipil Beach

Such a perfect place to stay for our trip. Location right in the centre, service desk all through the day and evening for assistance, spacious apartment, really modern, good water pressure and temperature, AC worked great, Netflix. I was unfortunately ill for 5 days and this was a very comfortable place to rest. Staff onsite are very friendly and helpful. Ben the host is very responsive. Highly recommend. Just like the photos if not better

My wife and me had a great time at the airbnb. We did stay a good week, the place is funished well in a super relaxed and sweet neigbourhood, very close to the beach. The outside kitchen is well equipped and we spend some great evenings there. We loved the solar lights and plants especially. Henna and the locals helped us a lot when we needed something, we forgot something in the airbnb and they helped us a lot to get it back. Hope to come again!!!

We were a small group of three so we rented the whole place. There are absolutely zero complaints from our side. We are very satisfied with our stay (4 nights) and so happy we chose to live here. Justine was a fantastic host - answering any questions we had, had great recommendations and helped us out with booking both transportation but also a private boat tour for island hopping in practically the last minute.

The best stay we had for our Philippines trip! The location is insanely dreamy with a private walkway from the beach and lovely renovated housing. 10/10 stay - lovely hostess and personnel. will definitely be back!
