Decided to stay here for our first trip to Florida and it did not disappoint! Property is beautiful and felt like a home away from home. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We would come back here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was very relaxing, everything was very nice and had most things you could need for your stay. The pool guy even came in the middle and cleaned the pool. Would recommend!

We loved this home! It was perfectly suited for us nestled in an executive neighbourhood with acre large properties. It was great for my morning run and drinking coffee poolside. It was also centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. Marco was very responsive, although there were really no issues with this property. One thing people fail to comment on are the beds and bedding.. The beds were extremely comfortable and newer, and the linens were wonderful. Always a top priority for me as well as location and property. We did a barbeque one night and the house was well stocked with cooking utensils, etc.. I would give this a six star review out of five as the property was just beautiful and we loved it. Thank you, Marco for sharing your beautiful property with us! We would definitely stay here again. and recommend it to our friends :-)

We recently stayed at Osvaldo’s place, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. We traveled for business purposed and his home made a perfect retreat after a long day of work.

This spot is a no brainer if you plan on staying in/around Naples!! The space was comfortable and affordable. Host was helpful with suggestions for nights out. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was a great AirBnB for our short stay in Coral Gables. Convenient location to downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This place is in a great area. Definitely bring your boat or even a paddle board because there is kayak launch on the premises and boatlaunches nearby. Resturants are in walking distance but there is also the option to bring and drive a golf cart on the roads in this area during daylight hours which is even better than short walk back with a full belly! We were excited to notice the owner has a peice of decor in this apartment with Morse Code written on it. I wouldn't want to spoil that little surprise for the next guest so Good Luck to future guests on finding and translating this little surprise. 😄

This place was great! Very clean and beautifully remodeled! Everything was within walking distance, and the back patio was very relaxing to sit and watch the water. Definitely worth the price and the stay!

Wonderful Stay here in Naples. Good location near beaches, restaurants, shopping. Pool and Hot tub was nice to use. There is some commercial noise through the week during business hours adjacent to the property- this could be new or incidental timing. Otherwise the place is quiet, convenient and wonderfully set up and the hosts are fantastic. There are quiet hrs which we loved too.

The place was perfect for us and our pups. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time in Cape Coral thanks in large part to the perfect house. David’s place felt brand new and had everything you would need on a vacation. The outdoor area with sand pit, pool, hot tub, and kitchen was ideal for relaxing, swimming and dining. Being on the canals also made for great views. Robert from the management team was very helpful from the day we got there, and if there were any questions they were answered immediately. We’ve stayed in many houses through Cape Coral, and this one was by far the best. Will definitely try and stay here again.

The house is beautiful and in a great central location. The pool is amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a short stay, a family get away. The place was very clean and looked just like the listed pictures. It was a nice surprise to find toys for the kids and board games for the adults.

So comfortable for our group! Husband’s team was playing in a baseball tournament in Ft. Myers. Easy to get back and forth and a great place to work remote and spread out for 5 men.

We travel to Florida almost every year to visit family and this has been the best house we have stayed at. It was a comfortable stay for 3 couples and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the living/dining room have plenty of comfortable places to sit. The outside lanai area is the highlight with the pool, spa, games, grill, tv and sitting area. We really enjoyed the pool table and spa, it was great to have some fun things to do together. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy a cookout with the awesome grill space. The host was very easy to work with and responsive from the day we booked and through our whole stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this one. We highly recommend this place and would like to stay again during our next visit to Cape Coral.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay!! The home was clean, tidy, & just as pictures showed!! Plenty of towels, & beach towels. Lots of space for the whole family! Caught a few fish out in the canal, & even saw the resident turtle and a few iguanas!
