Monthly Rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Amy was an amazing host and really communicative. I can't say enough about how great she was. This was a much anticipated beach weekend getaway to celebrate many things, including a milestone birthday and surviving what's been a very challenging year. When my wife and her best friends arrived, they discovered that there was an unexpected beach renourishment project starting that same day, right in front of the house. They learned it would be 24/7 bulldozing, digging, etc and received a very dismayed apology from Amy (who did not know of the project), with an offer to relocate them to another available airbnb and refund for one night, as well as later checkout the day of their departure. Amy was similarly communicative and apologetic with me when I was trying to problem solve from 3 hours away. We hope to return another time when there are no construction vehicles inserted into the beautiful ocean view or disrupting the night. Thanks to Amy for going above and beyond to salvage the trip

We had a wonderful stay at Sabine's little beach getaway. It is at a beautiful spot on Oak Island, and the beachfront view is delightful!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

Absolutely loved this cottage! It was beautiful, with so many nice touches. Very and welcoming and so comfortable. The owner, Gretchen, was so easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again!
