Great house in Wrightsville Beach! Close to everything - bars, restaurants and the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’d need. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

I had a fantastic stay here in Wilmington. It was gorgeous, extremely walkable, and overall just a beautiful home. The hosts were extremely nice, respectful, and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Jim's got a great property right on the beach. We had 10 guys that arrived at various times. Check in and access to the property was super easy and Jim was proactive, helpful and responsive throughout the stay. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our stay was off season and the surrounding properties were very quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Our second stay here with our dogs. We all love it. There is water and water creatures right of the deck. Its about a four minute slow walk to the beach. Our January visit was during a cold spell, we were toasty happy inside. We went to Duck Dive for a simple dinner and Boardwalk Billy's for the nicer meal.

Great location with just what you need for a few nights at the beach! It's only a few blocks from everything in CB but on a quiet residential street so you can get your rest. Easy parking right in front of the house too. The place is pretty basic but the point of going to the beach is to be outside anyway! It's the perfect place to come back to after tiring out the dogs at the state park or Freeman Park.

Bob gave us great recommendations for everything to do while in Wilmington. We have been to this area a few times over the last three years, however this time we went to new restaurants and sightseeing which were all walkable from this central location. We only used our rental car three times over the course of four days. Two of those times were to get to and from ILM airport. The sunsets were not to miss from the balcony and Bob’s hospitality was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful getaway and visit with our daughter.

Great spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. Right on the river walk and within walking distance of plenty of shops and places to eat!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location that provides easy walkable access to everything old downtown wilmington has to offer. cozy and private spot within little grouping of apartments in building. slight awareness for weekend noise from bar next door but its very subtle so did not bother us really. Ideal spot for a weekend stay in downtown wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Harry's place. The accommodations were just as described. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the Riverwalk. Harry was very responsive. We will definitely book with Harry next time we ae in the Wilmington area.

I had an ocean view. The apartment was clean and everything worked perfectly. I had a small issue with a window. Wendy & Jeff responded immediately and came over to fix it shortly thereafter. Very responsive hosts.

The place was all as advertised. Very clean, good location and updated as well. Although we only stayed a weekend,we would love to plan a longer trip here sometime soon. Thanks for a great weekend!

Cam is so sweet and proactive with instructions. She provides earplugs as you are above a local pub- (she does let you know that in the description)- NOT a deterrent at all. I loved the location - our whole family did. We all slept great! We loved hearing all the noise and fun all around us. The Deck at night and AM was great! We had a wonderful time !!! She was accommodating and super kind the whole time for us :)

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for my first visit in Southport. Perfect location, very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. April and Tony were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them for your next stay in Southport. I will definitely be booking with them again soon! Was the perfect trip! Thank you!

Great place to stay. We visited in the off season so it was nice and quiet. We could see the ocean right from our room. The place was clean and we were given clear check in and check out instructions. Would love to come back again in the summertime.

My husband and I took our three teens for a couple days. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The walk to the beach was close by. The place is very quiet and laid back. The condo was nice and well decorated, they had everything you needed. I like this side of NMB as it is more laid back and chill. We met some really great folks on the beach. The boys caught some fish.

This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
