We were very pleased and felt totally comfortable. The key was in a key box, so we could arrive flexibly and found everything immediately. Our hosts were super friendly and accommodating. When we needed help, we were immediately helped. The location is mega as you are in 10 minutes walk directly on the lake and a free beach. If you drive 5 minutes by car, you can rent SUPs on the campsite on the other side of the lake and there is also a large sunbathing area there. It is a 5-minute walk to the nearest Italian, who was highly recommended. You can eat on site or pre-order online to pick up. Otherwise, it is very quiet and cozy.

Perfect place - we have been there before and loved to come back for another two weeks. And we would be happy to get there another time. Absolutely recommendable !

Great place, I had a great time staying here with a modern minimalist decoration, giving it a sense of simplicity and comfort.There are soft lights in the room, the bed is very comfortable, the soft and hardness of the mattress is moderate, there is a full set of kitchenware, I can cook conveniently inside.Supermarket is only 100 meters away, which is very convenient.I will also choose here if I come to Utting next time.
