This place was a great find! The location was perfect. Sitting on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean was a bonus! The condo is remodeled very beautifully. The grounds were very nice and the walkway to beach felt very private as in you have to have a code to enter and exit. Another added bonus is that we got to see a shuttle launch! We would definitely stay here again if we visit again. Thank you, Wendy!

This little gem was perfect for us. We had the option to bring our little dog but we opted to leave her at home. The ground floor was great, easy walk to the beach and lots of things to do. Easy instructions and very responsive host. Everything looked like the pictures and we had no issues. My son even left his toiletries and we got them back. Thank you for a great stay in Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be back!

Our stay was phenomenal! Sherman & Marlene were very friendly & helpful. The apartment that we rented from them was terrific. It was spotless & full of everything we needed. The location on Melborne Beach was just like “Paradise!” We ate in town (at Meg O’Malley’s) for New Year’s Eve because it was recommended by Marlene. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was festive. Overall, our stay surpassed our expectations!!

Absolutely love this little apartment, tons of charm in the furnishing and architectural design. My boyfriend used to live in this area so it felt right at home and being only five minutes from the beach is a great added bonus. Patty is a great host and we will definitely stay here again!

Really nice home with comfy beds. All the rooms had TV which is really convent for everyone that stays. Also its really close to a Publix or nice restaurants. Will be staying here again next time in town.

We stayed here for a long weekend while we packed up my house for a move. The cottage was perfect for us. It was surprisingly private for being in the heart of town and had a true old Florida feel. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

John was an amazing host. He was always so friendly to chat with and was great with our 4 yr old. Highly recommend this air bnb! We will definitely use again! A++++

By far the nicest airbnb place I've stayed. Spotlessly clean. Very nice, high-end finishes in kitchen and bath, with Keurig coffee pods, plenty of towels and toilet paper - the things you need away from home. The location was perfect for us, minutes away from family. The screened back porch overlooks a private and peaceful back yard. I rate everything about this duplex as 10 of 10.

Shane and Jen were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. They were always very quick to reply and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Very cozy and comfortable place for an extended stay. I had stayed for a 10-week internship and had a great time overall. 5-min walk from the beach, 8-min drive from the supermarket, 15-20 min drive from port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. Farther away, Melbourne is a 30-min drive and the Disney parks are a 1-hour drive. There’s always something to do around the area, and you feel right at home when you walk in. The place had all the essentials within reach and had accessible instructions if needed. The AC is brand new and cools the place very nicely. The wifi and tv sometimes disconnect when it rains hard, but it usually gets resolved within a few hours to a day. The bed is a little hard, but it’s easy to get used to; and the pull-out sofa couch is always an option if the bed is too uncomfortable. The host is responsive, friendly, and willing to help if needed at any point during your stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Jean and his place were great! We loved the location and the security of the resort community. It was comfortable for the two of us and large enough to have a small family get together inside. The closet full of beach “stuff” was a happy bonus! Thank you for your hospitality, Jean. We will likely check availability next time we are in the area!

What a perfect place to chill, right on the beach, within walking distance to everything you need if you don’t want to drive. Very clean, modern, bright and airy. The most beautiful views of the ocean, we saw the most perfect of sunrises x highly recommend

Victoria is a wonderful host. Her place is beautiful with really nice decor. She was very friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend her place. You can't beat the view!

This was a great condo and super close to the beach! The amenities were absolutely amazing. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even sunscreen and aloe! I would suggest bringing a couple fans, the condo does get hot at night regardless of thermostat and also some earplugs if people are staying above you. We would absolutely stay here again and Monique & Sal were wonderful hosts.
