The place is beautiful, and Natsuko was so helpful and accommodating! She met me for check in and walked me through everything, and came by to clean in the middle of my stay. it's tucked into a very quiet neighborhood, but it's easy to walk directly into central Kyoto, or along the Kamo river, which I highly recommend. I stayed in Winter, and it was very warm and cozy. If you happen to have mobility issues, do note that the stairs are very small and steep. this is likely the case in any two-story traditional Japanese house, so just be aware of that! Anyways this was exactly the kind of stay I was looking for in Kyoto, and I would recommend it to anyone!

This Airbnb was a wonderful base for our two-month stay. The location was convenient, with shops within easy walking distance. Public transport was also accessible, with a subway station just a short walk away. We appreciated the comfortable accommodations it provided. I would recommend this Airbnb to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful few nights a here! If you're even considering booking to visit Nose and be hosted by Shohei - do it, we cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. Shohei was a wonderful host, super helpful, cooked us a super delicious dinner, and was so welcoming. Nose has some wonderful small boutiques and lovely walks, it's the perfect spot for a break from a busy trip. So much care has been put into this place, every detail has been considered - from delicious breakfast and coffee, great local recommendations from Shohei, and a super tidy, clean, beautiful space to come back to. Do not miss the tea ceremony too! Thank you Shohei and Mami!

Satsuki's place is exactly as described. The host is very available for questions or clarifications, and in his/her place you will also find a WiFi pocket that you can use for free if you need it. The place is about 10 minutes from the Kami- Shinjo stop on the Hankyu line. There is a karaoke underneath but you can sleep peacefully, I have light sleep and I have always been able to sleep (it's the first thing he asks you when you book). If you want a good compromise to stay in Osaka a little, your place could be at the house.
