Monthly Rentals in Illiopolis

Brandon's place was in a safe spot in Decatur with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen stocked with pans, pots, toaster, coffee amenities, a cute back screened deck and access to laundry. Weather dropped to 13 degrees but we were all cozy. 1 bathroom is clean and cute, barn doors to bathroom could be a bit more private. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided. TV in bonus space in basement adjacent to laundry. Space heater - be careful as it is next to where our kid slept (just made sure it was turned off before bed). Awesome access to washer and dryer! Iron and ironing board available. Mothball scent was really the only drawback but everything else was so great we didn't care but we feel we should mention it. Excellent stay with family, thank you so much for hosting our group!!!

Wonderful place to stay if you like peace, quiet, and nature. Amy always checked if I needed anything. Her dog is a bonus if you like dogs. Very sweet boy.

Me and a friend booked this place because we bowled at the central Illinois bowling tournament, which is 5 minutes away from Kingpin lanes. the only warning I have to give is that it's small. 500 square feet. it will comfortably hold 2 people max. With that being said, it was the perfect location and it's exactly what we needed for the trip. Kim is very good at communicating and will check in to make sure you're ok. We may book again next year if it's just the two of us again! Thanks Kim!
