The unit is in a fantastic location and incredibly easy to access. The host went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches in both the kitchen and bathroom – things you wouldn’t normally expect from an Airbnb. It made my stay truly delightful. One thing to keep in mind: electricity cost isn’t included in the price (as mentioned in the listing). This is worth noting if you’re visiting during colder months as it’s used for heating the unit. Overall, the host is communicative and solution-oriented. Highly recommended!

The appartement was clean, tidy, comfortable and big. The living room has a comfortable couch that can be turned into a comfortable double bed, and has its own toilet and sink. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a large table. The bedroom has a lot of storage and has curtains that really block the light. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower. The location is also great, in a lively neighborhood with good restaurants and shops. It also felt safe for me as a woman travelling alone, and so did the building. Midori was incredibly kind and helpful and always responded quickly!

This was my first AirBnB rental ever! I did not know what to expect renting in a foreign country, but Olivier exceeded all expectations. He was responsive, kind, warm, and welcoming. He also responded the few times I had immediate questions or issues that arose. I felt right at home at this place, as he had everything someone would need. I was there for 2 months and met several locals in the area, as well as felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler. This place has more amenities than most of the properties you see on AirBnB and the price matches the value. For one, it has all of the appliances you would need to cook, air conditioning--which is huge for me, abundant linens, a hot shower with great pressure. All in a recently renovated space. Olivier's place is very 5 star quality and in a charming and quiet neighborhood, central to all of Paris. I loved walking all of the bridges across the Seine. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the comforts of a nice hotel feel.

We loved the location, it was exactly what we were looking for. Central to so many things including the Metro. Space was exactly as described- though having two floors makes it feel larger than it is. One note of caution- if you are 6ft or taller, there are a few areas (bedroom, bathroom) to be mindful of so you don’t hit your head. I will confirm all the reviews about the comfort of the bed- it was great and we slept amazingly well! Dante was great with check-in and teaching us about the apartment and surrounding area. Nishu checked in to see how the stay was going and if we needed anything. Absolutely great all the way around!
