Luxury rentals in Île Saint-Louis

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street in the heart of Paris near lots of shops and restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. The space itself is stylish and modern, but like most apartments in Paris it’s an older building that requires climbing two flights up a not-so modern staircase. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft and luxurious. The marble bathrooms are exactly as pictured, however the layout is a bit unusual with the second bedroom having a bathroom with a sink/shower with no toilet, but then a third half bath with sink/toilet next to the living room. David was super helpful and responded instantly to all my questions. We apprefiated the modern kitchen which included a Nespresso coffee machine. Once you step out the door you will find countless shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks and the central location is perfect for exploring Paris.

My family recently stayed at this rental. It was everything as billed. We would gladly stay at this place again, although given its quality, I’m sure it will be difficult to find availability. Everything is great, from the beds, to the kitchen, to the living room, and certainly the upper deck with a view. You will be very happy with your rental should you book.

I agree with the reviewer who said “just do it!” as well as all the other rave reviews! Seriously, this was just about the most incredible & unique experience staying in Paris that we could have imagined. We have never stayed in a place so beautiful, both for the location on the Seine while still being very close to Paris (feels like a quieter part of Paris, not "surburban"), plus the gorgeous architect designed house & interior. I couldn’t stop taking photos! It also felt like incredible value for the price compared to other properties both in Paris and the New York area for example where we have spent many summers. Bettina, the architect & owner of the house, was wonderfully attentive both before & during our stay. The local restaurant she recommended, Livio, was fantastic, & we also enjoyed some other local restaurants. Plus it was extremely easy to take the metro or an Uber to access central Paris in as little as 20-30 mins. Dream vacation! We didn't want to leave!

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

Great stay! This beautiful, clean apartment was so quiet for sleeping and hanging out in a bustling neighborhood, Le Marais. We love the location, close to many sites like Notre Dame, close to a big department store for things needed, and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pastry shops, clothing shops, sidewalk cafés, were all right there. It also felt very safe with 3 locked access spaces to reach the apartment. PLUS, air conditioning and an elevator. Loved everything about it.

My girlfriends and I have been waiting over 25 years to return to Paris after having lived there together. Our VRBO told us they double booked us the day we arrived in Paris and we were initially so disappointed until we found this gem of a place!! Wow! We’ve all stayed in many AirBNBs but this one was incredible! We used to live in the area on Rue Dauphine so couldn’t believe our luck with the location! Best view of the Seine, Notre Dame and the activities of the Quai. I was so sad to leave this morning and would love to stay here again next time! Beautiful furnishings, modern, so comfortable and helpful hosts! Merci mille fois!!

Best Airbnb experience of my life! Absolutely stunning apartment directly above one of the best restaurants in the area with a spectacular view of Invalides. Concierge service included arranging transportation as well as dinner reservations. Will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!!
