Book this place! It's clean and cozy. This house is nice. My family loved this place. Lisa was very accommodating and friendly. She left goodies for everyone. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. You won't regret it!

We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again! The house was pretty, comfy and clean. The property and proximity to the river really made the trip. So relaxing out on the hammocks and deck. Our kids had a blast exploring.

Very clean place, near to UF courts / tennis center. Utilized the coffee. Kurig pods were great.

Me and my family came here for a weekend getaway. We had a blast playing board games, cooking, sitting around the fire and hanging out on the beautiful porch. This had to of been one of my favorite places I’ve used on Airbnb and is very peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend it. Tom and Stacie were also very friendly and sent me several messages prior to our trip with helpful information.

We absolutely loved our stay at Greg and Denise's place and are eager to stay again. Incredible location right along the river in short walking distance to two springs! Greg and Denise were very responsive and accommodating. While I loved exploring the river by canoe, I think my favorite part of my stay was waking up early, walking down to the river, and watching the fog move through the cypress trees with a hot cup of coffee! Thank you both so much!

Lisa was awesome throughout the trip! Her airbnb is so cute with the cabin and the inside felt like home! We had extra amenities that we wished we had more vacation time to use like the bikes and kayaks. Her recommendations for restaurants in her book were amazing, especially the “Our Place Italian Restaurant”, probably our favorite place ever. Definitely would recommend renting since it is in the middle of all the springs, great privacy and such a peaceful place to be in. If i could rate 6/5 stars I would. Going to be renting her airbnb again!

Our three night stay at River Deva was absolutely wonderful! We arrived after dark on our check-in day and found the property pretty easily. We needed to use our phones as flashlights in order to navigate our way up the stairs to the front entrance, but after that we found our way into the cottage without a hitch. River Deva is absolutely beautiful! It is very warm and cozy with lovely furnishings and decor. The pocket sliding glass doors open up the entire living area to the outside. The Santa Fe River is the first thing we heard after opening the doors to the screened in porch. The sound is so calming that I was relaxed almost immediately. While there we visited Poe and Gilchrist Blue Springs which are out of season in December, but still nice to see and walk around. Breakfast at Blue Star Grill in High Springs does not disappoint! We are definitely planning a return visit to River Deva!! Thanks Karoline and Frank!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hefziba's place. The property is in a gorgeous location. We kayaked, barbecued, and sat by the fire pit every night. We also visited Ginnie Springs and Devil's Den. Hefziba was great at communicating and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
