Lisa is a great host. The interactions were always professional and prompt. This is a lovely well provisioned three bedroom two bath home. There's a large flat fenced in backyard. The house is is in great condition. Everything you need is there. It's a quiet area about 1/2 mi from the center of town. There is a small convenience store just a block or so away as well as a small pizza place. We were very happy with our stay and I'm sure you will be as well.

This was an amazing stay, beautiful private view. The place was just enough for a nature getaway. Host was very welcoming and included many great amenities that help elevate the glamping experience for us. Pet friendly, even though my dog ending up staying last minute, he was also welcomed with treats and love. Area was very clean and quiet. Perfect place to get away from all the noise. Hot water, comfortable bed. Just amazing overall. Will likely book postcard on our next out of state adventures. 🏕️🌌

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home has great outdoor spaces including a second level screened in porch..the inside is comfortable with everything you need, and the additional tree house space worked well for our 4th person. We loved the profusion of trees and birds in the yard and neighborhood, and the private parks on the rivers were an awesome benefit. And you can’t get much closer to Ichetucknee and OLeno is very close too. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed the stay at Lisa’s. It was peaceful and quiet. Anything needed was there and if not she would help out in anyway she could. Needed something fixed, which never happened, her husband was an excellent service person. Lol. I’m saying this because he is my wife’s cousin and we surprised them an rented the cabin without them realizing it was us. I might b a little partial in writing this but truly if you want to relax and get away from all the rushing around then this is the place to be. Thank you Lisa and Randy for a great time. Can’t wait til next time. The river is beautiful.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to be close to downtown High Springs and is a straight shot to all of the springs (Poe, Gilchrist and Ginnie) we wanted to visit. Being right on the river was so relaxing, and we had so much fun playing ping pong, cornhole and darts with our teenagers. We built a fire with wood purchased right off the main road and made s'mores too. The house was very well-appointed and we appreciated having plenty of towels, kitchen items (including spices and other essentials we usually have to bring or buy). The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great, which I always appreciate. Will absolutely stay again!

Springs Retreat: On Ichetucknee River with Kayaks

This house is in a great location. Note that you are down river from the public park. We paddled up to the park and it took about 2 hours and then about 40 min to float back to the house. The kayaks were well worn so if you need a lot of frills bring your own. The kids loved the water and saw lots of fish with goggles. The house is very comfy. It doesn’t have central heat and air. We didn’t try the heat but the AC seemed to work good. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and lots of utensils. Having a grill was great also. Plenty of clean towels as well. We would love to go back soon.

Slow Tides on the Suwannee - kayaks, games, & fun!

Beautiful home, with great back porch for viewing the canal to the Suwannee River. It was a great landing place for exploring all the various Springs and State parks in the area. The springs were beautiful this time of year and had manatees, alligators, jumping fish. There is a decent 32 mile bike trail that follows the old railroad. We couldn't find bikes to rent, so we purchased a couple from Walmart and then donated them to a church in the area to find a new home for them. We weren't there for fishing, but it would be a great spot to land a boat and head out to the river which is only 3-4 houses down the canal. There is an awesome bar & grill on the water on the river which you can walk to. Highway is close by for easy access to town, grocery stores, etc. Thanks so much for a lovely stay in your home. Beautiful water front location on the crystal clear spring fed Ichetucknee River. Private and quiet with lots to do in nature right on property as well as close-by. Clean, well organized entire house. Even all the extra linens and blankets stored in closets were freshly laundered. Easy to navigate thanks to the responsive and always super helpful hosting from Michelle and Jeff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with peaceful surroundings. House was spotless clean and beautifully designed. Beds were comfortable and size was perfect for small family. Very close to local springs. Area is very rural so not much selection on restaurants. We are gator alumni so didn’t mind the trek to Gainesville to enjoy a variety restaurant options. Highly recommend if wanting to disconnect from city life,

Jamil’s place- theTreehouse Cabin Retreat- is a hidden gem nestled on beautiful acreage with a wealth of amenities, and is without a doubt THE best treehouse and cabin experience we have ever had on Airbnb! The treehouse and hidden nook are truly magical, the cabin is super charming with its intricate carpentry and woodwork, and the surrounding campgrounds are equipped with every convenience imaginable for the uninterrupted tranquility of a perfect family getaway. My professionally trained working dogs loved the acreage, and my Belgian Malinois enjoyed the tracking games we were able to play with all of the space. My 6yo niece loved the variety of board and outdoor games. My family and I cherished the time spent around the campfire, and of course, made s'mores! The beds and linens were comfortable, laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided, and the nostalgia from DVD or VHS movie choices are unmatched! 5 stars, a Top 1% Airbnb property, book your stay- you won't regret it!!

Our family of 4 loved our time at the Suwannee River Cabin. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. We enjoyed our day trips to the many beautiful Springs and State Parks nearby and our quiet evenings back at the cabin cooking dinner and relaxing. Highly recommend the area and the cabin.

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

My large family had a wonderful annual trip. The house was homey with great views of the river. Large property. So many supplies to support large families : chairs for inside and outside, folding tables, plenty of dishes , toilet paper, towels, linens, games, etc. What a memorable stay. We loved the place and plan on staying here again when we visit family in High Springs. We are a family of five and were very comfortable in the house with lots of space in the living rooms and bedrooms. The house was very clean withs lots of character. Our morning routine consisted of walking to the Colsie Coffee Shop and Baked Goods ( right next door) for a light breakfast with great coffee. This made for a great start for the day ahead. We loved the location. After a long day, it was easy to walk over to Great Outdoors Restaurant and enjoy a great meal and listen to the live music on the weekends. The house itself is a charming three bedroom home with two separate bathrooms. Large Kitchen and all the appliances you can hope to have when traveling. We highly recommend staying here when visiting High Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was excellent, with fantastic communication from start to finish. The house was in the perfect location for our needs, making everything so convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s farm! They gave us a tour, and we got to see adorable goats, ducks, and a beautiful vineyard —it was such a unique and delightful experience. The thoughtful touches really stood out: they left us farm-fresh eggs, a pizza, a snack basket, a bottle of wine, and even a birthday balloon, which made our stay feel extra special and welcoming. The only downside was the master bedroom shower, where the water pressure was low due to some older hardware that could use an update. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience, and we would happily recommend this Airbnb to others!

We had a great time and only wished we had planned to stay longer. The camper was very well stocked and decorated. They had a nice property close to the springs we wanted to explore and lots of great recommendations in their welcome book. The only very small thing was the closeness to the main house. Not a huge deal at all but maybe not completely clear from the description.

Great house, responsive & kind host, clean & well stocked. Our stay here was terrific! The house & pool looked exactly like the photos. The house was comfortable, spacious, clean & was stocked with plenty of towels & kitchen supplies. There were pool activities & plenty of seating outside, including 2 tables with umbrellas. My family looks forward to staying here again.
