Lovely space, well-kept and with all the essentials on hand. Gina was really communicative throughout and even offered to pick up a member of our group from the ferry when we had a change of plans. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated! Great location, close to ferry and lower Gibsons but far enough off the main road to feel quiet and secure. Beds were comfy enough that my early-bird pal managed to sleep in late. Yes, it’s at the top of a very steep hill, so if you’re on foot you may get a bit of a workout, but the view and the feeling of relative seclusion are well worth it. And it’s definitely great value for the amount of space: even with three adults we were very comfortable.

We stayed for more than a month with Peter and Corinne and it was excellent…a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, the property spacious and warm, with a large television, Netflix included, for entertainment. The surrounding trees, meadows and mountain views are beautiful…a peaceful country setting. There were deer to view and we even had a bear run by. The barbecue was also welcome! The kitchen could’ve maybe used a few more tools such as a grate and garlic press, but location is great, just a short drive to town and to the ferry. The coded door lock and parking were convenient and made it easy to come and go. Peter was always approachable and quick to respond to any emails. We appreciated the package of specialty coffee and popcorn, and the fresh flowers Corinne gave us. Highly recommended!

My partner and I visited Tim's place with our little dog. I am an academic and had a writing project to complete. The place was perfect: plenty of space, great location wonderful views, relaxing. I was able to work during the day, we used the lovely sauna in the evening, and were able to get all the groceries we needed to eat at the house from town (five minutes by car). The town itself is lovely and offered lots of cafes, restaurants, etc. We particularly loved the walk along the shore. Tim was very responsive. We had no issues but wanted to ask how some of the things in the house worked. We got a response right away. Our dog had plenty of space to walk around the house, too. We are def coming back.

We spent 4 days with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio. The beach is a 30 second walk and it was very convenient to walk down with the grandchildren. It is a lovely beach and so easy to walk back to the house if you need anything. The house is well equipped and has beach accessories, lots of beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas. Location is very convenient, one minute from ferry and 5 minute drive to Gibsons. There are great hikes close by and lovely breweries close by. Aaron was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a great family getaway.
