We were living in this house 20 days. Ninh and Son are amazing people, they hosted us very well. They always smile and they were always ready to help us with everything. The room was very nice and clean, we had everything in the room for comfort stay. The bathroom was very comfortable with a perfect supply of hot water. The room also had all the necessary staff for cooking, high quality dishes and the fridge which was working very well. The location of the guest house is perfect, right in the heart of Nha Trang, the apartment is very close to all the restaurants, coffee bars,shops, Lotte mart and Night market. Also the guest house was very close to the beach, so we had an opportunity to enjoy the sea every day. I would like to recommend this place to other tourists, because this place was perfect in terms of all the aspects. I wish all the best to Ninh and Son, they are very hospitable and kind people!

The location of the apartment is excellent: the beach, cafes, shopping centers - everything is within walking distance. The view from the panoramic windows of the 39th floor is incredible. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with dishes and cutlery, a stove and a washing machine. Wi-Fi works great and at high speed throughout the apartment. Of course, Quynh is a great and sociable hostess, who quickly helped solve all the issues. My stay left only warm and pleasant impressions, I recommend staying here.
