Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hocking County

We loved staying at Dan & Lara’s place in Hocking Hills! We stayed with another family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having a place with a hot tub and game room! So fun for everyone! Beautiful home with beautiful views! We would definitely stay here again!

I was nervous driving down as we left later than anticipated, I knew we were going to have to navigate this unknown area in the dark. And with the warning and requirement of 4x4/AWD it felt like a sure way to get lost. How wrong I was! This area, while secluded, is a community of cabins. Each one you pass has a marker with the name/address. Even with gps sending me to the general area, but wrong cabin, we were easily able to find our cabin in the dark. Once we arrived, to our delight, there was a card, the fixings for s’mores, and Christmas ale in the fridge. I had let the hosts know that we were celebrating my partners birthday and they went out of their way to make our arrival that much sweeter with a present waiting! Plus the hot tub was prepared for us to jump right in after unpacking. Lovely hosts that certainly know how to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere. On a completely random note- we thought the “what’s in the box” joke was hilarious.

Perfect location! Super clean and organized. Tammy welcomed us with a happy anniversary card and rose petals! We were even lucky enough to have three deer pass through while we were on the front porch! We will definitely be recommending Tammy’s place to our family and friends. We hope to return soon!

Spacious, peaceful setting for a family gathering. Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Close to Old Man’s Cave and the wonderful beauty of the State Park. We would enjoy returning to this property again.

This is well located AirBnB for visiting Hocking Hills state park, close to city amenities yet private. Would definitely recommend for groups wanting a mix of amenities and privacy.

we had an amazing stay here! our plans were affected by a huge snow storm which delayed our plans. The hosts were super responsive letting us know how the roads were and even accommodated a late check out since we missed almost a full day(thanks snow storm). The beds were very comfortable, the whole place was VERY clean, and the hot tub area was very cute and well lit!

Property was clean and Host were responsive.

Thank you guys, we had a great time! Loved that it was walking distance from the theater! The kitchen was fantastic, we made an awesome breakfast and enjoyed the space! Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of staying there! Restaurants and coffee were within walking distance!

I came up for the week to hunt stayed at Kelsey’s apartment felt right at home, the pictures listed really didn’t give it justice how better it looks in person, will most definitely try to stay for future visits!!! 10/10

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

My first time going there, I liked it so much, was a quick trip but I’m going back for sure, thank you Nicole for everything.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Hocking Hills, especially the feeling of being in the country and using the hot tub.

Such a sweet and cozy cabin in the woods! Our dogs loved exploring g the property and we loved soaking in the hot tub! It was peaceful, scenic, comfortable and enjoyable! Would stay there again!! Thank you for the wonderful visit to Hocking Hills.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Stephen’s home. Beautiful, clean, and spacious. Just wish there was a tv in the main living space so we could have watched the ball drop from the living room. We would love to stay again.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was gorgeous and comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful - just what we needed for our getaway. We will definitely return!!

Every year I book a cabin for my boyfriends birthday. (Seems to be the only thing I can get him- he’s very hard to shop for). This place is beautiful, quiet and roomy! The dollar game was so fun to find and re-hide! My boyfriend spent most of the weekend in the hot tub! Thank you a million Natalie & Delbert for the beautiful cabin!

With Audrey's instructions, the cabin was easy to locate. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing, reset weekend away. Absolutely lovely cabin with all of the creature comforts one could hope for. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the outdoor furniture (I especially liked the swing). The furniture inside was very comfortable (and again, I especially liked the rocking Iove seat). The scenery was lovely, we enjoyed all the birds and peekaboo with the horse next door. We would be thrilled to go back again.

My family and I love this place so much! we plan on returning for many years to come. The property is so beautiful and vast that there isn't ever a time that we were bored.

The cabin is beautiful and it was a great weekend. We enjoyed quality time with family. The cabin has a nice view and was clean. The game room was a nice addition for the kids. The one downside is the kitchen is a little small for a group of 11. Also, the sleeper sofa you can feel the springs. Luckily it was 2 smaller children sleeping on it and no adults had to sleep on it. An electric griddle in the kitchen would be nice for a larger group.

I would highly recommend this cabin. We loved that it was very near 2 beautiful, easy hikes. Don't miss Chapel Cave...it is simply breathtaking at the end and only an hour 15 minutes to end and back. Mark's cabin was just as described. Roomy with comfy beds, and communication was very prompt. Perfect stay! Thank you!
