Kate's house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and it’s also very convenient—just a five-minute walk to the bus stop, and within 15 minutes you can reach Manhattan's Port Authority Bus Terminal. The room is very tidy, and the bathroom is well-equipped. Kate is more than just a host; she’s a true friend. She took me shopping, shared her homemade cookies and cakes with me, prepared dinners for me on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and even gave me a Christmas gift! Kate treated me like family. My four-month stay at her house was an enjoyable experience. If there’s anything to regret, it’s only that I didn’t discover this place sooner!

Tu-Lien has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a smooth experience. One of the highlights of this Airbnb is the stunning New York skyline views. In terms of value for money, this place is a gem. Given the location, cleanliness, and overall quality of the accommodation, it is definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend staying here!

Aminta knows how to make you feel at ease with warmth and simplicity. Several rooms possible, the one I slept in was spacious with a desk and a dresser. Lots of bus access options to Manhattan (a good twenty minutes), but be careful, once you choose the bus and its stop, pay attention to the schedules especially on weekends.
