Apartment in West New York
5 out of 5 average rating, 32 reviewsUrban Bliss Entire 3bed2bath Apartment across NYC
I loved this place and the host was very kind and responsive. Amazing stay!
Home in Queens
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 74 reviewsLargePrivate guest suite in bayfront house
The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.
Apartment in Union
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 309 reviewsSparkling Clean | Onsite Team | Business Amenities
Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

We had a wonderful stay at Bertran’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Bertran went above and beyond by providing snacks, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Meeting Bertran in person was a pleasure; he’s friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right next to the apartment, making it super convenient to get around. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again. Thank you, Bertran, for a great experience!

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Home in Eastern Brooklyn
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 31 reviewslovely apartment with all services in Brooklyn.
Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

Condo in Downtown Jersey City
4.99 out of 5 average rating, 201 reviewsLuxury Condo: Steps from PATH, Easy Access to NYC
Ken was a great host. Very friendly and made himself available whenever. The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within minutes away. Subway station was 3 blocks away for easy access to the city. The apartment was exactly as shown and had plenty of accent pieces decorated throughout that made it super interesting, and quaint/cozy. I've booked airbnbs over 10 years now and I would definitely recommend Ken's listing.
Condo in Journal Square
4.98 out of 5 average rating, 135 reviewsTop Floor of Brick Townhouse Short Ride to NYC
The Apartment had way enough space for (in our case) 4 people, but also up to 6 would not be a problem, a fully equipped kitchen with a large stove to even bake. Very clean rooms. Roy was a great host. We had some issues with our luggage that was delayed. Roy was very helpful and did help us to receive the delivery, even though we were not able to receive it ourselves due to business we had in Manhattan. The Apartment is very easy to find, just 10-15 min walking down Bergen Av. when you come from Path Journal Square station, and to access with electronic locks.

The condo was exactly what I needed for a short stay. It was a good price, in a good area, and the hosts did a lot of nice extras such as having some snacks out, plenty of condiments, and small things you don’t always think of. While I didn’t need it they had a bunch of chargers available to use and umbrellas, etc They were friendly in and timely in responding. I would definitely stay again when visiting the city.

Krithika’s lovingly designed place was perfect for our family of three — a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with quick access into Manhattan; a comfy bed; a crib and laundry access for the baby; and all the basic essentials you’d hope for. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the Jersey City/NYC area!

All About Hoboken
Nicknamed the Mile Square City, Hoboken packs a lot into a small space. The New Jersey town just across the Hudson River from New York City has unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline, plus a lively food and culture scene all its own, with contemporary art in the Barsky Gallery and historic artifacts from the city’s past in the Hoboken Historical Museum. Beaux-Arts architecture is prominent throughout Hoboken, displayed at City Hall and the Hoboken Terminal, which features a vaulted ceiling and 2,000-foot stained-glass skylight. Washington Street, the city’s main thoroughfare spanning 15 blocks, is lined with bookstores, boutiques, and bars hosting live music. Enjoy postcard-worthy views of the Hudson River from the George Washington Bridge or explore the waterway on a kayak or paddleboard.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Hoboken
Hoboken is a four-season destination, with hot, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. While there’s no escaping the summer humidity, it’s a great time to enjoy one of the city’s many outdoor festivals. Spend a night under the stars at Frank Sinatra Park for the annual Shakespeare in the Park festival. The tree-lined streets burst with color as fall brings cooler temperatures and the beloved arts and music festival in October. Harsh temperatures and snow can’t keep you from enjoying the city’s award-winning cuisine during the biannual event in January and February that offers two weeks of special prix-fixe menus. With moderate temperatures and blooming flowers, spring is a great time to visit Hoboken and enjoy a self-guided walk around the charming cobblestoned streets of downtown.

Resident artists hold hands-on classes for kids and adults, and open studio tours attract an eclectic mix of creatives from around the tri-state area.
Hudson River Waterfront Walkway
Stretching 18.5 miles along the Hudson River from Bayonne to the George Washington Bridge, the Waterfront Walkway connects Hudson County’s most scenic waterfront neighborhoods. A popular spot for hiking, fishing, and kayaking, this bike-friendly walkway is accessible from Hoboken’s Frank Sinatra Drive and offers unobstructed views of Manhattan.
