Great stay and amazing location! Quiet area , clean home , enough space for kids! Bonus this cute little house was so open and airy with the floor to ceiling windows , garden in the back and cute interior design ( not your average grey scale that comes to every other listing )

Parlor Floor in Brownstone w/ Private Backyard

SaroltaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful place in a perfect location: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, very close to the subway. We felt right at home and appreciated little touches like the welcome goodies, board games and paper / pencils for our child to draw. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden. Travis also let us check in early, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Family brownstone with backyard

BrianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Peter and Jess’ place was one of the rare examples of a place that looks even better than the pictures (and the pictures look pretty great!) It’s beautiful, with tons of character. We went with our kids that were both under 5 and the place worked really well. There were toys and lots of space. The kids room was a little noisy from the street but our sound machine helped it. The Starbucks and grocery store across the street was super convenient, as was the playground and G train a block away.

Englewood NJ Country Carriage House (15 min NYC)

VirginiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Exquisite Studio and Perfect location

CarolinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A few years ago we were in Weehawken and although we also had a good experience, Cecilia's apartment was much better in every way: location, comfort, proximity to the bus stop, proximity to the supermarket. His instructions were very helpful and it was very easy to get to Manhattan. We had a great time 🙂

My family had a wonderful stay at William’s place, the children were very excited they especially loved the upstairs bed…can’t tell why the bed makes them happy 😅 but, from they are happy, I am happy. The stay was a good one, thank you William for your quick response when called upon, and for making sure that the stay was a good one.

Charming 2BR apartment steps from Manhattan- View!

CiaranRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We have just arrived back in Ireland after an amazing stay in Diane's beautiful home in Hoboken. If we could give more than 5stars we would. The accomodation was a home from home, so cozy, welcoming, spotless and so central to all the amenities in hoboken and had a spectacular view of the city's skyline from our bedroom window. We used the local 126 bus which was at the end of our street everyday into the city. Diane had left a folder with information on all the local amenities, restaurants etc which was so helpful when trying to decide where to eat. She was also a very responsive host whenever we had any questions. We will most definitely return in the future.

Private & Spacious 2 Bed Apt - Prime Montclair

SabrinaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Wow. This was by far our best experience of staying in an Airbnb, anywhere in the world. Anneka was extremely communicative and helpful in advance of our arrival and throughout our stay, and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition, yet we also felt immediately at home. Our two children (ages 5 and 20 months) really enjoyed all the games, toys and books in the apartment, and the neighborhood couldn't be more family-friendly, with fun parks and cafes/restaurants/shops within easy walking distance. We had a car for part of our stay; one of the things we liked best about the location was that it was accessible with and without one - direct train to NYC is a 7-minute walk away, and great local amenities all within a 10-minute walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, so we rested and ate well too! We would really recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a family-friend stay in a wonderful part of northern NJ!

Suburban Peaceful Apartment

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Happy Homes 12 miles from New York

GeilaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The host, Kevin, was amazing and his place was comfy and cozy. The reason I rated only 3 stars for location is b/c without a car there's not much to do and I really did not want to walk in that area. Within a short driving distance there is plenty to do. The American Dream Mall is only 17 mins away.

Hidden Jewel

KenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was immaculate. One of the cleanest Airbnb‘s we’ve ever stayed in. The shower was amazing. The location was fantastic with two restaurants next-door, a grocery store that had everything you could imagine, and only 2 1/2 miles from MetLife Stadium. The only thing I say that could be improved is the window coverings. They are far too sheer for all of the bright lights from the two restaurants, the grocery store parking lot, and the super bright flood lights mounted on the garage behind the house. We took all of the spare blankets in the closets and hung them over the windows. If you are a light sleeper and need dark spaces to sleep, bring a mask or hang blankets over the windows. I feel if the host were to put room darkening shades on all the windows. It would be substantially better. Side note: DO NOT park a vehicle in the street or you will get a ticket. A permit is required. Park in the driveway. We will absolutely rebook next year.

Your guide to Hoboken

All About Hoboken

Nicknamed the Mile Square City, Hoboken packs a lot into a small space. The New Jersey town just across the Hudson River from New York City has unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline, plus a lively food and culture scene all its own, with contemporary art in the Barsky Gallery and historic artifacts from the city’s past in the Hoboken Historical Museum. Beaux-Arts architecture is prominent throughout Hoboken, displayed at City Hall and the Hoboken Terminal, which features a vaulted ceiling and 2,000-foot stained-glass skylight. Washington Street, the city’s main thoroughfare spanning 15 blocks, is lined with bookstores, boutiques, and bars hosting live music. Enjoy postcard-worthy views of the Hudson River from the George Washington Bridge or explore the waterway on a kayak or paddleboard.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Hoboken

Hoboken is a four-season destination, with hot, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. While there’s no escaping the summer humidity, it’s a great time to enjoy one of the city’s many outdoor festivals. Spend a night under the stars at Frank Sinatra Park for the annual Shakespeare in the Park festival. The tree-lined streets burst with color as fall brings cooler temperatures and the beloved arts and music festival in October. Harsh temperatures and snow can’t keep you from enjoying the city’s award-winning cuisine during the biannual event in January and February that offers two weeks of special prix-fixe menus. With moderate temperatures and blooming flowers, spring is a great time to visit Hoboken and enjoy a self-guided walk around the charming cobblestoned streets of downtown.

Resident artists hold hands-on classes for kids and adults, and open studio tours attract an eclectic mix of creatives from around the tri-state area.

Hudson River Waterfront Walkway

Stretching 18.5 miles along the Hudson River from Bayonne to the George Washington Bridge, the Waterfront Walkway connects Hudson County’s most scenic waterfront neighborhoods. A popular spot for hiking, fishing, and kayaking, this bike-friendly walkway is accessible from Hoboken’s Frank Sinatra Drive and offers unobstructed views of Manhattan. Bikeshare rental stations are available along the path, and kayak rentals can be found in Hoboken.
