Typical Dutch accommodation, as described. Spacious enough, it allows easy access to the city center in just 30 minutes thanks to nearby transport. Karin was very responsive and understanding following a train problem. Our host was attentive and friendly. We can only recommend staying at Karin's! Thanks to her!

The stay was lovely. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but that wasn't a problem. There was parking in front of the property. The apartment was neat and very nice (just like in the photos). There was nothing missing in the apartment. In addition, the apartment was a bit remote, but still quite central. In addition, Peet gave us tips on what we could do on site. We traveled as a family of three. We can only recommend Peet and the property.

Very nice apartment but on a reasonably busy road. For the rest, everything was very clean a short distance from the city and a lovely bed.

The apartment is cozy, has everything necessary. The location directly on the water is very nice, on foot you can explore the pretty place with nice restaurants, by bus you can get to Amsterdam quickly about every 15 minutes. Cycling tours via Volendam, Edam and Marken are also absolutely recommended. Jorge and Peter live in the house and were very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

We were 4 adults and our 17-year-old son for 4 nights in Irmas apartment. We felt very comfortable right away! Supermarkets are very close and we always cooked for everyone ourselves. Amsterdam is easy to reach by train or via Park and Ride. We can also recommend a trip to the sea. The complex is in the immediate vicinity of the airport and the planes fly directly over the house! However, that didn't bother us, as we took advantage of the good weather and were out and about. Irma was always very accessible and proactively provided us with information. We will be happy to come back! 😊

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

A small house with beautiful views directly on the lake. There are many excursions in the area. The host was very nice, available at all times and responded to us quickly. Highly recommended for holidays.

I had a very peaceful stay near the centre of Utrecht in beautiful surroundings. Evelien is really helpful and everything is as described. I will be back.

The house in Aalsmeer was very cozy and largely met our expectations. The location is nice, and the place was clean and well appointed. The hostess was friendly and helpful. A small drawback was the heating, which didn't always work optimally, and the internet could be more stable. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the place overall. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a very nice stay at Stephanie's place! Stephanie responded very quickly to our request, so we were able to book the beautiful apartment spontaneously on the same day. It was very clean and cozy, with a great location on the water! The city is within 5 minutes walking distance, which is why a car is not absolutely necessary. Despite being close to the city, it was super quiet at Stephanie's place and you could relax perfectly. The communication with Stephanie worked great at all times and we always received a quick response!

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

Hugo's property was situated in a lovely neighborhood in central Amsterdam and easily accessible to the rest of the sights and Centraal. The only problem was that it was sometimes hard to tear ourselves away from the beautiful view from the huge windows onto a peaceful canal to go see the rest of the city! Hugo was an excellent host -- flexible, communicative, helpful. His apartment is situated above the rental property so he met us at the door, taught us how to use the keys etc. The apartment was clean and as described, grocery stores and a deli were close by, there's a nice neighborhood restaurant around the corner and chiming bells added to the ambience. I hope to be back to this property in the future. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night but the apartment is really well decorated and squeeky clean. Amazing bathroom!

We stayed in March 2025, two of us with our young daughter. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. The location of the house is beautiful, right on the canal opposite the Westermarkt in Jordaan. We walked everywhere including Centraal Station with two cases and a pushchair, and it was no problem at all. The apartment is beautifully decorated - probably the finest decorated AirBNBs we've ever stayed in - and very well equipped. Despite being on one of the main canal streets, the bedroom is super quiet and the bed is large and very comfortable. Bathroom is very well done as well. The welcome was great - we were met at the location at a time we agreed beforehand when we knew our flight details. and we felt very spoiled with complementary fruit and a well stocked coffee and tea station. The hosts made everything very easy for our toddler as well - travel cot set up in the bedroom with blankets ready to go, and a high chair already made up at the table. Fantastic.

Top hosts. He gave us a lot of tips for the area and was very warm. The jacuzzi was of course the best! We'll be happy to come back. 😊

Beautiful stay in Yvonne's wonderful apartment. The accommodation is very convenient and extremely clean! We couldn't meet Yvonne but the communication was great. We recommend it without hesitating!

Very cozy and clean apartment. Perfect for a few days at the beach, which is right across the street. The bathroom and whole apartment is very modern and clean, the small kitchen has everything you need for cooking and making food.
