I was in town for a funeral for a family member. I wanted a place that was comfortable and easy to find. Dave's place was spacious, charming and homey, clean, convenient.

Cherilyn was quick to respond to a short notice reservation request. Within hours she confirmed my request and provided instructions to enter the property. I was cozy in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it if you are passing through the area.

Such a peaceful stay! I stayed with my two dogs for one night on my drive between CO and MO. Perfect. Dallas and Patricia had snacks, chocolates, cereal with milk, orange juice, bagels, and many different kinds of K-cups! I truly appreciated it! Also, decorated for Christmas! The bathroom is a great size with double sinks. Full size washer and dryer if you need it. Only wish I could have stayed longer! I’ll be back on a future drive and I definitely recommend!
