I had read the other reviews and knew that the space was above a bar and grill. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. The noise from the bar was audible, but not loud, and did not interfere with our sleep. I think closing time was midnight. The smell of cooking food also did not bother us. But if you were on a diet, it might make you hungry! I cannot say enough about how roomy and spacious it was. There were three of us in town for a funeral and it was wonderful for us to have private space, and also to be able to gather in the living room with a few cousins and have time together. The space was beautiful and inviting. I enjoyed the luxurious towels and the suspended bed. If you’re prone to seasickness, you might want to take the other room, but I enjoyed it.

The apartment was located in a quiet suburb within walking distance to downtown and the museums. It was truly perfectly located! It was the perfect size for a couple traveling and the kitchen came with cooking pans/pots/dishes. The washer and dryer in the bedroom was an added bonus! Overall, a great stay!

I've stayed in a number of Airbnb places at this point and David's was just terrific. The place is a great size and has a lot of fun and upgraded amenities that I was not expecting. The bed is FANTASTIC...so nice that I had to look up what it was. There is a fun mini projector that puts the moon and the stars on the ceiling at night if you want it...I just found it fun. There is a really nice air purifier that keeps the place feeling really fresh and nice. There are even Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling above the kitchen bar that were easy to connect to and fun to utilize. This Airbnb is in a very nice and attractive neighborhood, on a very nice street, and is walkable to several restaurants and bars. David himself was just super kind and helpful and made me feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. I stayed here for 4 nights and was very glad that I chose this place! Highly recommended.

The Rye- an eccentric ICT stay

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Wichita. We loved the decor and updates made to the place. Was easy to find, but if you plan on arriving after dark, it might be good to look up the entrance before arriving. This made it really easy to tell our driver where to drop us and recognize the door. We loved the neighborhood and it was walkable. Would be the top choice to stay if we were in town again.

Cutest little place right in downtown Lindsborg! Perfect location to walk everywhere. It was also very private, which we liked. We will absolutely return! Crown & Rye and the White Peacock are always excellent recommendations. If you want to get out of Lindsborg for a dinner, go to Yayas Euro Bistro in Salina. It’s about 25 mins away and EXCELLENT.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb for Christmas. The location was perfect on the East side and was close to the family we were visiting. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house besides to sleep but we found it to be cozy and comfortable. A private home that we always felt safe in. We’d look at staying again when coming back to town. The price did feel a bit high for what it is but I think that is just the AirBnB market. All in all, would definitely recommend staying here!

We were visiting our daughter in Winfield and happened on to Tracie’s beautiful apartment. Our granddaughter spent the night with us, and we enjoyed a nice walk to the College Hill Coffee Shop the following day. That evening, we visited the Ladybird Brewery with friends. There is so much to do within walking distance. The apartment is relaxing and immaculately clean. Oh, my daughters also got massages downstairs at the Rejuvv Med Spa, best ever! We will be back!

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and were blown away by how wonderful not only the space/location was, but Katie’s hospitality as a host was above and beyond. Her place is even cuter than the pictures, and truly had every tiny thing we could have ever needed right there in the apartment. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine and a handwritten card wishing us a happy anniversary. Katie, thank you for this sweet gesture and for having us! We are planning to return soon with our daughter to explore Lindsborg again.

Amazing place! Great area of town. The showers were so confusing the handles barely turned. The place was extremely cozy and nice. there was a dead spider on the staircase. Overall she communicated well, the hot tub was amazing and this is a very spacious place. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the first Airbnb that I have stayed at, but I’ve stayed at many hotels so I would like to say staying at an Airbnb is something I will definitely be doing it again because of this property! it was clean. It was nice. It was large enough for what we needed it for There was clean linens and towels. The space was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities we could need for a short stay. The host was very responsive and kind! Thank you so much for having us!
