Apartment vacation rentals in Higuillar

We have visited San Juan several times and always try to stay at Arenas’s condo. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and several delicious local restaurants. It is in a gated community that is very quiet. The place is well-stocked and has beach towels and chairs. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described. We loved the location. There is a 24/7 pharmacy/food/liquor store between the apartment and the beach. Also a Walgreens. There were several bars and restaurants right there. We had a car but we would have been fine if we didn't. We didn't have any problems, but when I did send Jose a message, he replied quickly.

We stayed for 2 nights and the location was perfect to visit Old San Juan and Condado. It looked just like the photos with everything we needed while on vacation.

Oswilda is friendly, personable, quick to respond to any of our questions. And she makes fabulous coquito! We were an easy drive from anything we needed. The binder full of suggestions about things to do in the area was really handy. We recommend this place without hesitation!

The apartment was a bit tight for 4 of us, but we appreciated the trundle bed for the 4th person (ideal for kids), but you can't beat this location and we're barely in the apt so would definitely stay here again! There's a small kitchenette with stove top and pots/pans if needed, microwave and large fridge. Great AC and wifi! Location on Ashford across from Marriott does not get more central than this for Condado, loved it! Xavier was very quick to respond to any of our queries! Thanks for hosting us!

Ernesto, This was my 3x visit to 🇵🇷 this year and the stay @ Vega Baja was amazing! I took my wife, daughter, son and my granddaughter on a Xmas vacation and we had a wonderful time. The amazing sea turtles, fish and octopus you can see in the canal at the beach down the street are like a free excursion truly incredible. Hundreds of fish swimming around you. I highly recommend a good snorkel 🤿 so you can see for yourself. Location location location everything is right there no need to leave the neighborhood. Felt safe at all times. We love feeling safe and the locals were great. Good vibes everywhere in area. The Santana family.

we loved the place. It was a peaceful stay. Was facing problem with the internet, but as soon as I informed Jose he resolved it. Spoke with his mother who lives in the same premise, she was very nice. We made breakfast every evening and all the necessary stuff was there in the kitchen. Also, there were enough toiletries. The bed was comfortable. Room was nice and cozy. Everything worked well for us. Loved spending time at the patio.

Hernan’s place is in a beautiful historic old building in Old San Juan filled with character and charm. If you’re looking to explore the area and sleep in a really comfortable bed, you’d be lucky to find this as an available option. Hernan provided everything we needed and was helpful every step of the way- 1000/10 recommend!

Cool boutique hotel in a quaint beach front neighborhood. Easy walking to several restaurants. Parking is a pain during the day but clears out at night. Quick drive to OSJ and SJU. Condado Beach is beautiful and watching the kite surfers was mesmerizing. We rented units 14/15 as a 2 BR apartment. It actually had 4 beds. 2 queens, a double in the kitchenette, and a single bed in the entryway of unit 14. Great for a couple and 2-3 kids or 2 couples.

Alex was an amazing host! From checkin all the way to checkout. He was very helpful and was there to answer any questions I had. The place was absolutely amazing. It looks exactly as the pictures and was absolutely beautiful. I loved the toiletries he provided for us. The private pool was amazing. I would definitely stay at his place again.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

Loved staying at Manuel’s! This was my third time visiting PR and I was so happy to find this gem of a place! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. It was very peaceful and nice to come back to after being out! I am definitely staying here again for our next visit if it is available and would recommend this stay to everyone

Just stayed here on my recent trip to Puerto Rico! And I have to say I really enjoyed the stay. The home was clean, the AC was amazing, and they provided towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, and mosquito repellents! We also appreciated the waters that were in the fridge as well. You do hear airplanes taking off late at night and early in the morning, but I did not mind it one bit. I definitely recommend this space to anyone!

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Charming place to stay. Easy to find with lots to do within short driving distance. Beautiful bathroom! Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Amy and her hospitality. Her response time was excellent. She sent many great recommendations. The home was perfect and the extra accommodations were a pleasant surprise. For example, under the kitchen sink there was everything from suntan lotion to seasonings and even personal toiletry items. My husband and I felt right at home and will be renting from Amy again in the near future.

Excellent Host and place. My 5th stay in las Dolores and everytime its a blast Very peaceful place to stay.

Great responsive host beautiful place for just two people very clean nice area easy to find. I recommend using Google maps to find the place. I recommend bringing extra bath towels as you only get two for your stay. I also recommend bringing an extra blanket if you don’t like thin blankets. Beach chairs are included. That was a really nice touch. Home is stocked with things like shampoo and toothpaste. One down side is a rooster that lives next door but every place here has roosters and chickens I will be coming back soon !

Such a unique experience! I mean come on who has a cool jacuzzi room?! Giant tv you can watch from inside the hot tub! Beautiful robes and bath salts. We had a wonderful time. We needed a last minute cool place to stay during our trip and the hosts accommodated us last minute. They were so responsive and catered to everything we could possibly need. We are grateful.

Looking forward to visiting again in 2025! It like our home away from home, just as pictured very clean & cozy. Host responds to messages immediately. This was our 3rd stay at this rental - that speaks for itself.

The stay was great. Everything was seamless and the condo is very comfortable.

Fernandos communication before our arrival was friendly & timely. There was a blackout on the island when we arrived and he came out the way to bring us an extension cord to get light from the outside hallway. ( power was restored a few hours later 🙏). He was very helpful. He responded really quick to anything I would ask. The apartment was beautiful, very clean. He has everything you would need in there. The view of the balcony was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. Anytime I come to PR, I will definitely look for availability here first. Beach is steps away , lots of restaurants and pharmacy in walking distance. Thank you Fernando for everything.

Had a great stay. The place is very clean and the complex felt very safe. Both the large community pool and the hot tub were very clean. The community pool was a little chilly so we didn't really use it. The hot tub we used frequently. It was warm but needed frequent rebooting and a few visits to get up to temp. Hosts were very responsive about this but hopefully it gets sorted as it was a frequent issue. Last day we were there a massive power outage occurred - made us happy to be at a large complex that had backup generators as we were not affected! Isla Verde beach was beautiful and a good mix of warm and mild waves for the kids. Short 5-10 min drive away. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.
