We were so happy with this location, the pools, the amenities and the view of the beach. Our family enjoyed the comfort of the villa and quick access to the rainforest, golf, beach and pool activities and authentic Puerto Rico. We would definitely recommend it and would look to stay again if our travels ever bring us back.

This place was perfect! Great location, right across from beach and close to restaurants and Old San Juan. The beach view is simply amazing! Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Had the perfect trip! Thank you for everything. Oh and the security lady was awesome!

Andre was an amazing host, he explained everything in great detail making it easy to enter the condo and find everything we needed. He also listed great restaurants and venues to visit while we were there. I would definitely recommend this space. It’s beautiful well decorated comfortable with all the amenities of home and the beach is a stone throw away. This space and the host receives a 10/10 from me.

Jose's place is never a disappointment this is my second time staying at this location I feel safe with the 24hr security, neighbors are also very friendly, a ton of walkable restaurants and bars, and the apartment is very clean which i appreciate. Don't hesitate just book!

Perfect spot right on the beach! Balcony views were amazing (table and chairs to sit with morning coffee), bed was extremely comfortable, and everything else inside was great and exactly as described. Beach towels and chairs available, which was extremely convenient as the location is steps from the sand. This is my second stay at a unit in this building hosted by Hector and both were great experiences. Would highly recommend for a beachfront getaway!

I ended up extending the stay and Millie brought me fresh sheets and towels. She was an amazing host! So friendly and inviting! Millie’s place was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach with a great view of the water. Right downstairs are two restaurants serving delicious Spanish food-cheap too! Down the street is a pharmacy similar to a Walgreens and a market place that served tasty breakfast- literally a 2 minute walk away. There is a bunch of fast food spots too just one block away. The apartment was secure, key fob entry with a back exit straight to the pool beach.

Great location, clean, comfortable, all-in-all, a great stay! Would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The place is close to everything: restaurants, beaches, castles, etc. rooms are clean and exactly as described. The only minor thing is the apartment is close to a major road so sometimes noises can be heard from inside the rooms.

Apartment was super nice. Having the 2nd full bathroom was definitely a plus. It was quiet and clean. Parking was great. Angel was super responsive! All around great stay!

This apartment in San Juan is absolutely fantastic! It’s beautifully clean and perfectly blends a modern aesthetic with a charming beach-town vibe. The location couldn’t be better—everything you need is just a short walk away. The host was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to make the stay seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan!

1st this a late, but we'll deserved review. If you're coming to San Juan for any reason, this is the host you want. Whether it's a short or long stay, this is the location you want. Everything is walking distance, seriously. You can see the beach from the balcony. If you want to venture out further there are Uber rides available and not as expensive compared to US (I'm in NYC). Close by is Walgreens, gift centers, plenty of places to eat, brunch spots, hookah...again all within walking distance. And I'll say again that the beach is about 5 mins away. Everyone has been so friendly there, most people speak English or will find someone who can, and I have been recommended so many places just from talking to locals! I cannot say enough of the host. I have never met a host so hospitable, nice and considering. Thanks for everything! If you've heard any recent political noise about PR, just know that the streets of San Jaun are cleaner than the streets of Manhattan. Go see for yourself!

I love this location . It was so beautiful my boyfriend and I didn't want to leave the day of check out . Erik is an amazing host and very friendly and replies back quick. A lot of things to do and places to go within walking distance

We are a family of four and stayed here for a few days. The place exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than the photos! Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for a fantastic beach getaway. The amenities were exceptional, including a beach umbrella, foldable backpack chairs, a swimming board, sand carpet, and even a badminton set. The kitchen was fully equipped with a functional stove, oven, and a spacious fridge, making meal prep a breeze. The living room was cozy and stylish, while the bedroom offered premium-quality linens, pillows, and throws that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The AC worked efficiently, cooling the space quickly and keeping us comfortable throughout. We also loved the convenience of the location. Steven was an amazing host. Very quick with responding and the stay was amazing. The unit itself self is very nice and I loved the balcony. It’s very local so there’s a little something of everything within walking distance.

The place was perfect for our family of 4. Teens had separate beds and their own bathroom. Very clean apartment and matched the description. The a/c worked well, happy to say! Luz was a great host; very helpful and very quick to respond. The pool and direct beach access were also great to have. Many bars/restaurants a short walk away and seemed very safe coming home late at night. Also super easy to get to Old San Juan. A ride service was only around $10 and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get picked up at either end. Don’t make the mistake we did, however, of taking Uber to the Torroverde adventure park (well worth the visit). The fare was very reasonable, but Uber didn’t warn us that it was outside their pick-up area to come home again! Very happy with our stay and I’m sure we’ll come back.

Alex & Janet are amazing hosts. Alex is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions. There were a couple of issues with the home out of their control but they handled them like champs. There was a small leak in the main bedroom when it rained heavily and Alex handled it to the best he can immediately.

Everything was as stated. Had a great stay and good location.

My stay at Rufos went very well. This rental was very clean & lovely & comes with pool. The place is located near many restaurants & beaches. There’s buses out front that takes you to old San Juan or the mall plaza of the americas. Taking an uber is also very affordable as everything is within reach. Will definitely recommend .

I booked this trip last minute with my son. Not only were they both extremely accommodating. The photos looked exactly like the real thing. Gerardo & Madelyn were gracious enough to provide me with a later check out since my flight was in the evening. We will definitely be back to visit and truly Appreciate them opening their place to me and my son. We will be back!!!!
