Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Rico

Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

Our family of 4 (teen and tween) loved this place! Our second time to Rincon, and we will definitely be back to stay here. Clean, nice, the right size for us, and had everything we needed. Easy walking to Black Eagle Beach/Marina, and Tres Palmas/Steps Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and washer/dryer were a huge plus for us. The pool/patio area is so quiet and peaceful -- loved going to the beach to surf and snorkel and then coming back for a pool swim. The pool is shady in the mid-late afternoon, which we also appreciated. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the solar power and Tesla batteries. PR electricity has been spotty since Hurricane Maria, and there was a whole-island, 2-day blackout while we were there (the second in 5 months). With the solar power at this place, we almost didn't notice. Allison was proactive in keeping us informed about the power situation. Thanks for everything, Allison!

Great location with a very spacious comfortable apartment. Needs hand soap in the bathrooms as well as regular soaps, sheets and blankets for the living room sofa and more toilet paper. Overall great price and location, La Parguera is a wonderful village with easy access to nearby beautiful beaches.

Rafael always responded to me, place was very comfortable and cozy. I loved he had an old fashioned coffee maker which I loved. I would definitely come back to his place.

Great place, perfect for our need for peace and quiet. Access to the beach couldn't be easier. Very close to amenities. Rithy is a great host, very friendly. We already want to come back! it was hard to leave this little paradise...

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

This place was awesome! Perfect for me and my family. We were able to walk everywhere in Old San Juan, and the apartment had everything we needed—the washer, toaster oven, games, and so many other little details that made the visit delightful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. Ariel was very attentive to us. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the little touches upon arrival. We really loved it. Definitely Recommend!!!

We enjoyed staying at Julia's place, it was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having our own private parking space. We appreciated the gated patio which made us feel extra secure!

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. Delvi’s place is beautiful, very peaceful, close to the beaches and he was very attentive. Everything felt just right. Also it was well prepared since power was out and there was no water, he had everything solved. It was like we never lost power, nor water. Really appreciate and loved everything. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)
