Julien is a friendly, creative, and wonderful host. I'm glad I got to meet him in person and we had a wonderful chat. His place is located on top of a cul-de-sac hill, very close to all the local spots in the Highland Park neighborhood. The property overlooks a nice private garden with beautiful succulents, guava, and lemon trees. The scent of the guava tree was so sweet, and Julien offered to let me take some with me. He has thoughtfully updated the space with lovely amenities; it’s very picturesque, spotless, and super quiet during the day and night. A place like this is hard to come by in central LA, as you can hardly hear any traffic noise.

Carmen made our one month in LA a fantastic one. Always available and wants to be a resource. Cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and she was able to provide extra supplies when needed. Plenty of parking around the airbnb if the carport is too small.

Nadia is the best host and her guest house is a little paradise nestled in the hills. Her beautiful, nature-filled backyard makes you feel as if you are someplace else. And, the hillside views are incredible! The guest house is accessed through a gate, so you always feel nice and safe. Also, it’s a great location right within Glendale/Burbank/Studio City area, which is the best part of LA! Nadia is so kind and accommodating and always there for your needs. I will be staying here any time I am in the LA area 🤍
