Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Highland Park, Los Angeles

Lois was a great host, providing clear instructions and checking in throughout our stay. The listing is exactly what we expected, easy to locate, and is situated in a great/peaceful location in LA. Not too far from anywhere in regards to site-seeing the local beaches, south LA, or up closer to Hollywood.

It was my second time staying at Lisa and Mia’s place. House is in an area tier neighborhood, but walkable to the heart of NOHO Arts District and quick access to Hollywood and freeways.

This is a very convenient area to stay in. 30 minutes away from LA and Anaheim. Easy check in and beautiful house. Hosted 8 people perfectly for over a week stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for a family Thanksgiving trip to Northern LA! We felt safe, enjoyed the kitchen and the spacious house. My kids loved the hot tub. (Would note that there's only one TV in the house- which wasn't a deal breaker- we just streamed on our devices to wind down.) Would definitely book this house again for ease of getting around LA! Such a great location.

This place was perfect for our short stay in Cali. The outdoor areas were ideal for morning coffee and afternoon beer and wine. Upscale kitchen with lots of room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We really appreciate our hosts allowing us to stay a few extra hours after checkout due to an evening flight out. We would stay again!

Rosalyn’s place was so charming. It had beautiful original details yet was updated and comfortable. The kitchen was great and well stocked. It was super quiet despite being so close to the center of Hollywood. I really enjoyed the outdoor space too. I will definitely rebook next time I’m in LA

Andy was amazing, and the place was comfortable and easy to access, parking was perfect as well, we really enjoyed the location to local activities as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again Do yourself a favour and book this now you will not be disappointed

Great place in a perfect location. Hai was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations. The parking garage is a great plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Said to park on property but felt my vehicle was too big to park in front leaving room for other vehicles to enter and exit. No street parking was allowed on Wednesday 7am-12. Door was very squeaky, and mattress was hard and squeaky. Mary’s place was really as described and I would stay again. Every thing close by from restaurants to Costco and Walmart not too much farther.

Our stay was fabulous! The place is located in a fantastic area, 8 min walking distance from The walk of Fame. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Thanks a lot!

Great spot in Glendale with easy freeway access and walking distance to the Americana and Galleria. Feels very spacious and has a balcony. Nice pool and hot tubs. Two great gyms. Had a hiccup with losing a wallet after check out and hosts were immediately responsive which was so helpful.

Shawn was a great host. He left very clear instructions to follow right before checking in . He was responsive and very helpful. The apartment had everything I required - clean bedding and towels, basic amenities in the bathroom and All utensils required in the kitchen too I had a lovely stay .

Place is perfect, central location. The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home with our two small children. Pieter was super communicative and any issues/questions were quickly resolved/answered. Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip! We will definitely be back!

Stephan was a great host with an even more incredible accommodation; I honestly feel like the pictures didn’t do it justice. Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and in an incredible location to name just a few of many perks that stood out to me. He was a wonderful communicator from start to finish and was very accommodating in regards to extending my check out. I wish I never had to! Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful place, second time we have stayed there. Lots of sleeping options, house and backyard well maintained. Close to amenities and freeway. Would recommend staying here with large family or group.

This was my fourth stay at Liza’s wonderful villa. I Liza continues to do a great job at making it a comfortable home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about her place! Love it!

Yan’s place is truly an Oasis. Very quiet, peaceful and away from all the noise of LA. Close drive to yummy restaurants in the La Brea area. The pool is aaaammmmaaaaziiing! Loved the size, very very clean and it comes with floaties. The place felt very comfortable like staying at a well cared for guest home. We loved the full kitchen, top notch appliances and very good clean filtered water and ice. The two bathrooms were a nice addition and the open space inside with the beautiful view of the pool made our stay so so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Yan was very responsive, and so easy to work with, she made our stay very comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet place in the LA area this is it. Easy reverse traffic into downtown and SoCal from this area. Place is surrounded by a beautiful massive garden, very tranquil and added to our relaxing vacation. Thanks Yan and Colin!

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

I loved Stephen place ! The view was outstanding and it was great ! Isabella was so sweet and Stephen was a great host ! He has a beautiful lemon and mandarin tree ! Would definitely stay again . His place makes you feel right at home ! 🫶

What can I say. Jingmin is very help and great with communication. Home is very spacious and cozy. And the location is great. Have plenty of options of places to go and eat. Look forward to another stay.

Close to downtown LA and very quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless. Each room had their own bathrooms. Great big yard for our dog. Was located on a corner light but still quiet and not a lot of car or pedestrian traffic. Would love to stay again. Thank you!
