Lee is a brilliant host and his accommodation is wonderful. He gave us lots of information about the history of the house, his farming and the village, location and things to do. Lee provided meals which were all marvellous. We cannot recommend Lee and his wonderful accomodation, highly enough! Thank you for a truely exceptional stay.

This home was an amazing stay! It was very close to the station and walkable to convenient stores and restaurants in the area. Also, a great starting point for getting to Koyasan. The place itself was very clean, perfect place for a solo traveler, couple, or small family with kids. Mr.Genichiro provided tons of recommendations to local places to visit and some items to help with your stay. The home also had some great entertainment! One very minor con(and this may not be a con for you), is that since it is very close to the station at bedtime you can hear the trains at night, which if you are a light sleeper may affect you. But they are not super frequent so that's a good thing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place, would totally stay again!
