Kirsty is a very responsive and proactive host. She was very kind,diligent and suggested the best flat for my needs from her property portfolio. The property is very central in Hemel. It’s minutes away from buses, restaurants and the heart of Hemel Hempstead’s shopping centre and cinemas. It’s also ideally situated for walking trails and extra shopping in Watford or Berkhamsted. D’Wayne is a great host, incredibly welcoming and helpful. I stayed for 3 months and never had any issues and I highly recommend this property.

D'Wayne is very friendly and responsive. The location is convenient, Waltham cross station is 10 min walk, and has good connections to the city and airport. Grocery store is in the same buildnig. It's close to a busy road though, noise is something to consider if you want to have the wondows open during the hot night. Wifi and a smart TV worked well for our needs. Place was clean, we got used to it quite quickly. We had a pleasant stay.

On the day of our visit before we arrived - the heaters had stopped working randomly, However Shirin, had supplied us with multiple heaters that we could use in either room that worked brilliantly in keeping the house warm. Our stay had been exactly as described, and all amenities were available for use. Wonderful host, fabulous house.

We had a great stay at Daniels place. We were a family of four and there was lots of space. We loved the pool table and the hot tub. Thank you for the fridge essentials provided. Great directions easy access and the village was really nice. Enjoyed a nice walk along the canal, also the local shops including a nice deli cafe and wine shop. We walked to the station and got the train in to London for the afternoon ( 27 mins in to Euston) We also visited nearby St Albans. Would recommend this place, the location and the host who was always quick to respond to messages.

Great bank holiday weekend away with a clean & fantastic looking environment. To top it all off - the host was great with any queries or concerns and was always on hand. This is a hidden gem on the outskirts of London that is a great central point with loads to do. 5 * from us and we will be back!

We very much enjoyed staying in Ben’s house. It was warm and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The garden was lovely too! It was a short walk to shops and cafes and was easy to find our way about. We were in London for a family wedding and had to bake a few items for after the church service. Ben was very helpful regarding what facilities the house had, and we found the kitchen was great for what we needed. The oven was easy to use and Ben had lots of baking things! There are lots of books in Ben’s house and we all spent time perusing them, and the lovely furniture and fittings. It was great to learn about the history of the house and the street. I recommend the book about Gentlemen’s Row. In my Dad’s words ‘I love this house’!
