Very comfortable, spacious cottage. The cottage had everything you needed. Clean everywhere. The neighborhood is very nice. Very nice and welcoming owner. Highly recommend.

The hunting lodge is a wonderful combination of old and new. And the view of Neuschwanstein Castle is simply fabulous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the dining & living room is super quaint and cozy. The bedrooms are very spacious and the garden welcoming. Only one or the other toilet/bathroom could use a locking option.

Place is just as shown in the pictures. Super spacious, spotless clean. Location is great, super close to the train station and coffee shops etc. very walkable. Host is friendly and super responsive. Had an easy and uneventful stay! Would definitely go back. We only found one issue, which is that because the stairs are a bit on the older side, they feel like cracking when going up/down. So If you’re in a larger group and people wake up in different times and start moving around to use bathroom etc, it can get pretty loud.

The house is wonderfully located, walking distance to Lake Tegernsee. The location is still very quiet and pleasant. The decor exactly matches the photo in the listing and is tastefully and modernly chosen. For our family weekend, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms were optimal. In addition, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. With three car parking spaces, the parking situation is also solved flawlessly.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Great place to stay with our family! Easy location to the subway, close to coffee and shopping too! Beds water comfortable and we enjoyed the patios!

A very cozy and nice place with great kitchen equipment. We had luck with the weather and were therefore able to use the great garden in February.

A wonderful weekend away in a fantastic chalet! The house was not only beautiful, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail. The quiet location and the idyllic garden have provided absolute relaxation. Perfect to get away from it all and enjoy nature. I can only recommend it and would love to come back!
