Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's Eve hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the foothills of the Alps with a great host, recommended without reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring Oberammergau and there are a lot of activities nearby to keep busy. Lots of good Bavarian restaurants that are easily walkable, and many local shops and wood carving shops. The house was very clean and the sauna and fireplace were nice to come back to after a long snow day in the mountains. If you’re attending the NATO school, the shuttle bus stop is only about 200 meters away, (right across from Hotel Wolf) so it’s very easy to get back and forth. The pictures don’t do the house justice, as it was even nicer and bigger than we expected. Tom was very flexible and allowed us to add an extra day onto our stay, as we had been enjoying it so much. The only thing to be aware of is that there’s no freezer in the house. Luckily it was cold enough outside to keep the ice cream that we bought frozen! 😁 Highly recommend staying at Tom’s place!

My girlfriend and I spent a week here on vacation and were very satisfied. A small fine room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed common body dimensions, you should prepare for a cuddly shower experience due to the sloping roof ;)

We chose the place because it is centrally located for us for planned trips to Füssen, Zugspitze, Legoland, Augsburg and Munich. The contact with the landlord was very pleasant, friendly and informative. Very quickly accessible if necessary, otherwise very discreet and straightforward. We find the Airbnb agency fee clearly too high, but the landlord is not responsible for that. The house was fully furnished. Everything was available in the house and kitchen and of good quality.

What a great place to stay!!! We stayed with 2 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. There is lovely outdoor space with a grill and patio and a small yard area. The house is beautifully furnished, clean, has great kitchen supplies and the bathroom is stunning. I could walk for groceries and to several restaurants and a playground was a 3 minute drive way. Nicola was VERY responsive as well. It’s a must stay!!

Nice little apartment with nice views. Only the rattling shutters were a bit annoying. Otherwise well furnished, comfortable bed and everything you need.

Very modern apartment with everything you’ll need to make your stay perfect. Great location close to town, host communicated very well and place was spotless. Highly recommended
