Wonderful and charming home. Very well equipped. Location is great just a block off the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Dan and Kathy were amazing hosts. We loved our stay!

Couldn’t have been more comfy at this little place! Surrounded by a lot of things to do, yet chill and relaxing at the cottage. The decor and charm is well thought out. So fun to experience the history of Orange!! Would absolutely stay again 🙌🏼🍊

Superb little bungalow- perfect for the weekend in LA, for our dear friends' wedding. As soon as we walked in we said to ourselves, "this is the dream to have a little ADU off of our own house one day". Everything you could need and the landscaping and weather were gorgeous. Richard was very accommodating to let us come in early and we were totally self sufficient. Thanks again!

Kathryn's cottage exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent choice for a couple or solo traveler. This is a well-cared-for property and it shows. Super clean. The cottage is quiet, cozy, and has all of the essentials. Bed is high quality and very comfortable. I loved having access to the bicycles, and the location is well suited for getting to the beach and exploring the coast - although I was busy and would love to have more time to do that, next time! Host is very communicative and kind, and I will definitely try staying here again the next time I visit the area.

We had a great 5 night stay. Loved the short walk to the beach and the very comfortable beds. Pam was a great host and the home was exactly as advertised. The house had everything we needed to cook in some days too. Definitely would stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

Brenda’s place was perfect, incredibly comfortable, and had a great vibe. The place is perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. The bed was super cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Brenda was super nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Brenda’s place.

Great place to stay to visit LA, went to the forum for a concert and it was an easy drive, LAX wasn’t too far either. Plenty of food and stuff to do around too. The driveway does look small but you will fit! The place was clean and quiet and a great place to crash after a concert. Neighborhood was safe, no complaints!

We have stayed at Chuck and Adrian's many, many times and their cottage is simply the most wonderful Airbnb you will find in Culver City. Their cottage is warm and welcoming, beautiful and feels like home!. We stayed over Christmas week and they had the cottage decorated for the holiday, including a small lighted tree, holiday pillows, outdoor holiday lighting and a beautiful holiday video playing on the TV when we entered the cottage. The cottage is spotless and so tastefully decorated, fantastic! Chuck and Adrian are the most amazing hosts, responsive, friendly and so kind, love them! We always consider ourselves so fortunate when their cottage is available and we can book and reconnect with our favorite (by far) hosts in their beautiful cottage. Highly recommend!!!!!

Awesome place, felt and looked straight out of a fantasy movie. One of the most detailed places I’ve ever been in. I would recommend anyone to check it out, it’s a one of one experience. Thank you Darrell for letting us stay at your place.

What a special, SPECIAL place. I was so sad to leave and STILL wish I was there right now. The perfect little escape, was pretty much a wellness retreat. We got to reset and relax before the start of the new year in this storybook home surrounded by Mother Nature. Doing yoga under the trees, seeing all the hummingbirds and butterflies come to visit, enjoying the cowboy hot tub under the stars, sweating it out in the infrared sauna, and getting cozy inside the most charming home was exactly what we needed after a long year of work and travel. This is such a sweet and special place and we can't wait to return one day!! Amazing location. You can have all the privacy, peace and quiet you want, or you can go into "town" and grab a bite or get to the store if needed. Convenient, yet private - the winning combination when it comes to location. All of the stars go to the host - Lynne is a total sweetheart. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. We can't thank her enough!

Connie's place was a wonderful refuge for the 2 of us and our 2 small dogs after losing our home in the Eaton Fire. The unit is lovely and easy to manage. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect for us. The property and grounds are beautiful and offered a peaceful refuge when we most needed it. Connie was kind, gracious, and responsive to our needs. We would recommend to anyone, and would love to visit again some day under more favorable circumstances.

Beautiful cottage and gardens, wonderful neighborhood, walkable. Connie was so helpful and welcoming! Perfect place to stay for the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Check in was very easy with precise and clear instructions. Home was clean, neighborhood is safe and quiet. Diana and Calin responds in less than 10 minutes whenever we had questions. Calin personally made sure that the porch lights were working fine. Their place is nice and quaint. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. The space was small but enough for a short visit. Patricia communicated throughout our stay and even gave us recommendations in the area. I highly recommend this place if you plan to do things in the Hollywood area. HUGE plus for being pet-friendly!

Ernie's unit is in a beautiful walkable neighborhood called Sunset Beach. This is the second time we have stayed here, chosen mostly because we like walking to the beach. This location is quiet yet convenient to all the attractions of Orange County. We highly recommend staying here.

Bed a bit firm for my taste, but appeared to be nearly new and the top layer of [probably memory] foam mostly made up for it.

Had a great two-night stay to do some hiking in the area. Great location and Lisa was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

We were suddenly displaced during Eaton Canyon Fire. The Cottage was ideal, secure, familiar, friendly place to perch while we regrouped and looked for long term housing. Kristin and Richard were generous, kind, and understanding. Accomodated not only our family, but our pets as well. Great neighborhood, easy walk to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, two grocery stores.

Don is an exceptional host. Incredibly nice, accommodating, and responsive. Don is more knowledgeable and proactive than even the top tier Le Clefs D'or concierges at the best hotels in the world. Not only did he check in on us once or twice a week, he bent over backwards to help a family that had been displaced by recent events in Los Angeles. Don is a wonderful person!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was a relaxing space, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a quick stay and a couple of light meals. We would have loved to stay longer to walk the stair paths and explore more of the surrounding neighborhoods. The cottage has the classic LA style we experienced when we lived in the area. It’s older but charming and well cared for.
