House vacation rentals in Henderson County

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful NC house and we loved it!! It was a nice way to get away from the city and have a relaxing weekend full of board games, baking Halloween cookies and treating ourselves to an in house spa night. The house was so beautiful and we were obsessed with all the themed rooms. The hot tub was of course a hit! The house is also near great hiking spots. We did a hike inside the neighborhood and we also went to Chimney Rock State Park, which isn’t far from the house. We ended our weekend at the neighborhood restaurant which had plenty of yummy food options and beautiful scenery to take lots of photos at! We absolutely loved in and would go back again!

Very comfortable, quiet home. I felt like we were the first guests based on the cleanliness. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching for wildlife and played a few games of foosball. Easy instructions, no fuss. Thank you.

What a magical stay! We were a family of 10 and stayed over the Christmas holiday. The kids loved the home theatre and I think the grownups had even more fun w/ the vintage arcade games (earning all those quarters back we spent on the original machines so many years ago). Such well thought out activities in the house and the attention to details was so appreciated. The stay was so peaceful, felt secluded but still in driving distance from everything we needed. Eric and his team were excellent and responsive. We really felt at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Fantastic place to stay - lots of space, nice setup, and convenient to the local area of Hendersonville and Asheville. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. If you’re a fitness type, walking 30 seconds to a great gym is a bonus and if you’re sore from that - jump in your own hot tub. Great stay!

The house is large and spacious for a big family reunion. The great room, kitchen and fireplace area is perfect for the family to gather all week long. The house was stocked with everything needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner, and plenty of extra sheets and towels. The host is very responsive and sent a maintenance man over immediately when the fireplace wouldn't turn on and fixed it. The house is also close to everything wonderful in Asheville - hiking, the Biltmore, downtown and restaurants!

The location was peaceful and beautiful. The home was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed twice at twin creek cottage and it is perfect for our needs. We have used all the amenities including grill and hot tub and everything is functional. We did have an issue with water not working during our stay due to freezing temps and ongoing repairs from Hurricane helene but Lisa was responsive. I will stay here again!

Pete was extremely responsive. There were not any issues but he was so helpful when we reached out for hiking, restaurant etc options. The home was absolutely perfect and exactly as advertised. We travel extensively and found this home to be one of our favorites!

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa's home. The house was well located with easy driving access to Brevard and Mills River. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the first floor living area. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Beautiful home. Loved the outdoor space. Fireplaces to meet every occasion. And we enjoyed the all. Very close to Brevard and Pisgah which we love going to. Loved the home and our stay there.

Peter's location in Flat Rock proved to be an excellent spot for my friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, including the large wrap around porch with excellent views and the fire pit.

Excellent experience! Super easy booking and check in, instructions are clear and simple. House is very welcoming, and extremely spacious. Quiet and friendly neighborhood easily within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed walking downtown to do some shopping! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed-you feel very comfortable using everything provided bc everything is very well cared for and clean. This was our second time staying at this house, and if we need a place again in the future this will be our first choice. I’ve never felt more at home while on vacation before! Thank you for opening your home to us, it’s a very special place!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip 🤩 plenty of space, EVERYTHING we needed (including fans & sound machines) i can’t say enough good things about this house! And host was super easy to work with!

My husband & 2 kids (11 & 9) had a very relaxing stay here. Loved having our own space & having the option of being on that porch every single day regardless of weather. Rain, fog, sunny, cold or mild- it was lovely & we enjoyed our view. We arrived the day after Xmas until New Years & loved that they had a Xmas tree + lights. Would recommend if looking to get away & slow things down. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great time in Saluda. The snow made this place magical. We spent most of our time here since the town was pretty much closed due to the weather. The dogs loved the fenced in area. We did not get to enjoy the wood fired pizza oven or the fire pit but we will be back!

David and Ginger are remarkably gracious and accommodating hosts. Everything about checking in and out went smoothly. Their cottage was quite big with nice size bedrooms. Very clean. Good location to all of Brevard. It wS a brief last minute add on stY for us on our way back to Florida. And we had started feeling under the weather so we really appreciated Ginger's Xtra allowance to checkin and out time wise. The back porch faces a high fence for privacy from neighbors and it is off a main road but it was quiet and set back.

Kelly was a dream host. She was responsive to all my questions in the week leading up to our visit and proactive in checking in on us, especially after the region experienced some ice and snow. While the driveway was steep, we had no issue getting up and down especially after they made a quick visit at our request to scrape and ice the driveway one more time upon our arrival. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The bedding and towels were divine, and we were a huge fan of the heated toilet seats. Didn’t know I needed that in my life! LOL The exterior amenities of the home like the hottub and fire pit were so enjoyable. Truly a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We can’t wait to come back.

Michael was very responsive from the very beginning. We got in late and the code we had was incorrect. So at midnight, Michael texted me the right code. Hurricane Helene hit 3 days into our visit and Michael, sent a text to see that we were safe. We had to abandon our rental car because trees had fallen across the driveway. michael was very accommodating and understanding. As far as the property goes, we loved it. It was peaceful and comfortable and beautiful. The bed is absolutely to die for. I highly recommend this property.

This was an excellent choice for our extended family. My parents, myself, and each of my kids had their own private bedrooms. In addition, there were two bathrooms upstairs plus a half-bath downstairs. We enjoyed lots of areas to sit and visit with family. The dining table was big enough to accommodate us all and we even had enough room to play several card games. The kitchen had a nice big refrigerator/freezer and was well stocked with anything we needed. The Keurig got lots of use since we are all big coffee drinkers. I liked that we didn't have to bring any linens/towels. In addition, having a washer and dryer on site made it easy to have plenty of clean towels to use. The hot tub outside was an added perk!

Great cabin in the woods weekend for us with two kids (8 &10). Close access to Dupont and the Pisgah was awesome for mountain biking and hiking - being near Brevard was great for the farmer's market and shops. Warm fire inside with a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen - storybook. Great cabin - highly recommend and plan on returning to see it in full bloom in the Spring.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Matthew’s. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed walking to King Street for dinner and music and the Morning social for brunch. Beds comfy and shower head in main bath is wonderful. Matthew and Heidi were great and we had no issues. Bike and walking path nearby goes to breweries or the Pisgah Forest. Affordable and cute but very nice and equipped. Huge, fenced in yard and firepit. King Master w full bath. We hope to return!
