Lovely place. Bang in the middle of town and walking distance to the coast/beach. Host left us fresh milk in the fridge and example of the little gestures that make the stay great. Would recommend.

Great house in a great location. Short walk to bakeries, restaurants and shops and a lovely stroll to the beach and pier. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with a dog. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful location, enjoyable even outside of the Summer season. The property was lovely and cosy, everything was provided for by our host. Perfect for a restful evening after full days spent exploring the Broads, Norwich and many other points of interest. Highly recommended.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Beautiful cottage, well designed, and great location for both walking and driving to local spots. The hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly and accommodated our requests. There’s an amazing beach. Highly recommend the Hill House Inn nearby for food and drink too. Thanks for a great stay!

We had everything we needed and the house was clean and homely - we didn’t want to leave! Penny is a fantastic host, so easy to communicate with and really friendly and helpful. Wonderful place this was a pleasure to have stayed here. The Chalet inside Ruth has made, instantly makes you feel welcomed. Very homely feel - so cozy and all the space you need and more. My dog a Japanese Akita large breed was very comfortable. Big surprise was that he settled in so good and quick. In the past we struggled in a hotel rooms always and would never get settled in. Anxiety through the roof! I mean to say, if you have a dog with you, all will be well here. Warm welcome for them, dog beds in the living room and in bedrooms. Food bowls and snacks so on whatever you need it’s there. Ruth, thank you for everything. All the best to you all, and enjoy you will. Btw the beach is so close by walk up from behind the chalet couple min there’s an entrance straight to the sandy beach!

Lovely house in a great location, we had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and the garden being big and enclosed for our dog was a bonus, thank you Ellen for your recommendations and being a lovely host we will be back.

Perfect half term break for myself, my son and my mum. Nicest caravan we have stayed in (and we have stayed in a few)! Really modern, clean and Hannah was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We came for a girlie weekend 2 mums and 2 daughters we had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the disco and bingo :) will hopefully be back one day. Many thanks :) xx

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

We just absolutely loved our stay and want to make it our go to place for an annual visit. Chalet was spotless and well equipped and everything we needed was close by. Plenty of information sent by Lisa making check in etc really easy and responses to any questions we had were prompt. Robin's Nook is a great chalet to stay in. We would highly recommend.

We had a 2 night stay the caravan was located with a sea view and i enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore . The caravan was spotlessly clean with bedding and towels included. The kitchen had everything including a coffee machine . An enjoyable stay with plenty to amuse in Gt Yarmouth. Would recommend.

We spent 3 nights here. Accommodation was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked every evening and they had everything we needed. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but this didn't bother us as we were on holiday and enjoying a break from technology. Our daughter loved the children's room with bunkbeds, books and toys. The decor is fun and friendly. It was a great location for us, we had some brilliant days out and can highly recommend, Bewilderwood, Thrigby Hall, Horsey Gap and and a beach walk to Sea Palling. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and we loved watching the sunset whilst sat on the beach. We would highly recommend and would definitely think about coming back to stay again.

Had a lovely stay , Tom and Felicity always responded promptly to my queries . They were super responsive , gave great advice as to where to eat , nothing seemed to be too much trouble. House is so quirky, had everything you need . We had a four month old baby and they had a bouncer , cot, changing mat and baby bath which were such a help . Our 4 and 8 year olds loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of space for them to play . Very peaceful and so close to the sea ! Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you both for a wonderful stay .

The chalet was really easy to find and comes with parking directly opposite the path. There is a gate that goes all the way around the chalet and locks, which meant that our dogs could be outside safely without escaping! Inside, the chalet was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy, and really beautifully decorated. The facilities are brilliant and they have everything you could possibly need. The shower was big enough to get more than one of us in which helped with having the small (and sandy) children! The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook almost any meal! There's also a little information stand with lots of leaflets and tour guide books in as well to help you plan your stay. Kev and Karen were brilliant with communication both prior to and during our stay. We couldn't recommend the chalet enough and the hosts are so lovely. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed! We will be back :)

We had a lovely stay at Horizon House. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we needed as a family. Comfortable and cosy and a great location with sea views and a short walk down to Cromer town centre and the Pier. Laura was really helpful providing some excellent local recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We loved our time in North Norfolk and will definitely be back.

Ali place was great, location was perfect, right close to the beach front and close to shops and places to eat. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds and secure parking which was definitely a great addition.. would definitely recommend

My sun and myself had a lovely week - shame about the weather. The position of the cottage was so central to the town never had to move the car once. Lovely places to eat close by. Such an advantage having a private parking space. The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed with plenty of room for the two of us. Would consider staying again in the future but for two weeks - didn’t want to leave.
