We had a fabulous stay. The house is so well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable, linens and towels are top quality. Gorgeous private surroundings, and Leah and Dean are perfect hosts, very responsive to questions and provided very detailed info. A perfect spot for a stay in Hertfordshire, and also to use as a base for London - which is what we used it for. Much nicer than London hotel rooms.

Lovely accommodation, worked perfectly for us due to working in the area. Warren is a great host, really good communication and easy check in. Would book again if in the area and its is available.

Really easy to get inside the property and although only 1 car space we found it really easy to get the second car parked on the street! The house had a lovely and warm set up and was just perfect for celebrating my birthday with a night in with my nearest and dearest. Zacharia was amazing with replies anytime we had questions too! Would definitely recommend

I stayed in this annex in Hemel Hempstead for 2.5 months during a work assignment & it exceeded my expectations that I have for airbnbs in every way. The space is beautifully designed and efficiently organized, with everything you need for an extended stay: a modern kitchen, cozy TV area, small dining table, and even a workspace. Thoughtful details and stylish decor really make it feel inviting and homey! Also, the neighborhood is lovely—safe and quiet. There’s a nearby convenience store for quick grocery runs and easy access to buses to Hemel city center and surrounding towns - also, London is reachable within an hour by public transport.
