Great location , loved the view. Perfect for our family

We are familiar with this neighborhood as we’ve been staying in it for over 20 years. This house had a better view than expected; having an empty lot below it was great for both view and privacy. The house was very serviceable, with all sorts of kitchen utensils and nice appliances. King beds don’t seem to be common in the Airbnb world, so it’s appreciated when we find them! We would stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now and it is our favorite coastal get away. Will return again. ❤️

We would highly recommend the Dolphin House. The home was very clean and just what was advertised. We did have an issue with the furnace not working properly. We contacted Debbie and she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, sending extra heaters and new furnace filters late in the evening. Debbie checked in on us daily though texts and emails to make sure we had no more issues. We will definitely stay there again.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house! The location and views were amazing. The house was bigger than expected and so cozy! The master bed was sooo comfy and the accommodations for babies and children were top notch. Thank you so much Claudia and we plan to book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dawniel’s place. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and appliances and we really liked the comfy king bed. We would definitely stay there again.

"Vanishing Sands" is a gem on the Oregon coast, offering a fantastic beachfront experience. The property's location right on 101 provides easy access and stunning ocean views. The sound of the waves is incredibly relaxing, creating a perfect coastal atmosphere. The house is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a great feature, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Well-insulated rooms help reduce the noise of the highway (light sleepers bring earplugs). The hot tub is a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of beach activities. The back deck is ideal for outdoor seating and enjoying the panoramic views. A personal favorite was the upstairs view room with its two lazy chairs - an idyllic spot for afternoon naps with an ocean backdrop. The location, amenities, and overall comfort of the property made for a memorable coastal getaway. Highly recommended for those seeking a beachfront retreat on the beautiful Oregon coast.

James is very responsive and very willing to communicate during our visit. The cottage is just as expected from the descriptions. Bedrooms are spacious and couch in the Livingroom is great to sleep on with our need for extra bed. There was a small glitch with internet at the beginning but we don't see any problem for the rest of our stay. We are concerned with the sewage issue in one of the review and James assure us that it was resolved and indeed we didn't encounter any smell issue. The one problem we had was when we first come in the heat was turned off and it was uncomfortably cold in the night of Jan. It took a while for the house to warm up after we turned on all the heating devices available. Contacted James and he gave us genuine apologies several times. He promised that in the future the house will be kept in the 60s during the winter hours. The unit is close to road but we weren't bothered by noise during sleep. Easy to get to many attractions in this area.

Very cute little house in a great location. Nice kitchen, which I used, and an awesome shower in the master bath. The host was very friendly and very helpful as I found most of the locals to be. There is a small duplex in the rear that shares the driveway but it wasn’t an issue…I just didn’t recall it in the description. Overall, a great experience and, yes, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 2-night stay at Jason’s. Our doggo loved it as well! We were thankful that something this nice was within the perimeters of our plans.

Andrew's was very kind and did not hesitate when we needed a later check-out. Great place for our dog. Larger spaces than expected. Enough room to play corn hole. Beautiful Siuslaw River on property and peaceful setting. Enjoyed the time we spent with our son visiting from out of state for one evening. Thanks Andrew for sharing your property with us. For my birthday weekend, I was looking for a place with a hot tub and ocean front view. Tim's house was the perfect fit. We spent the weekend hot tubbing, combing the beach, and reading. The stairs to the beach aren't as intimidating as they seemed in the pictures. We will definitely be back.

The Oceana Airbnb on the Oregon Coast, near down town Florence, was very fun, relaxing, & a great location for sightseeing. We watched amazing sunsets on the nearby beaches & visited the quaint restaurants too. The house was welcoming, clean, & comfortable with comfy beds & blankets! We also enjoyed the private back-yard.

Whispering pines was perfect for enjoying the Oregon coast and the surrounding towns. The area is full of rivers , lakes , ohv, ocean , amd the dunes! This property was very clean and modern , a perfect getaway town.

A fabulous high end Airbnb! I would totally come to stay again. Beautifully designed and appointed, yet very comfortable. We wished for nothing during our stay. It was heavenly. Loved the location. Spent time from Beverly Beach (north) to Seal Rock (south). Frequented Nye Beach often. Nye Beach is charming. Very much appreciated the extensive list of restaurant recommendations. The ones we tried lived up to the recommendations. Graham was very responsive with all my communication/questions. Graham was cordial and friendly. I highly recommend “Hello Ocean”. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!
