Kate is a warm and lovely host, the cottage is beautiful in tranquil surrounds. She made us feel welcome and at home, welcomed our return to Heathcote once more. We will stay at the cottage for future visits, would not change a thing.

It is always a quandary when you find a gem of an accommodation; give it a good review, and next time, you might not be able to book! If you want a peaceful and beautiful place to rest and revive, go no further. Well located, with a 5-minute walk to all Heathcote has to offer, including multiple cafes and restaurants, this well-appointed house was just a joy to stay at, and we will be back. Remember, Heathcote is only a 90-minute drive from the chaos of Melbourne, and you are smack bang in the middle of Victoria, being spoilt for choice on what to do. We had a fantastic stay, and Neil and Diahnn were amazing hosts. They checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel cared for throughout our visit. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the heart of Heathcote, with the famous Gaffney’s Bakery only two minutes away. It was convenient to explore the town while still enjoying the peace of the cabin. We also enjoyed the view from the private deck every evening, watching beautiful sunsets. We were excited to see plenty of kangaroos and loved listening to various birds; it felt like a retreat into nature. The cabin was compact yet comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a short stay, including cozy beds and a TV with Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials for quick meal preparations. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Brett's place was amazing. A beautiful home right in the middle of Heathcote. An easy walk everywhere, the local swimming pool got a workout from our kids! Everything was as described and the place had it all!
