Beautiful place! Kate was super friendly and the stay was amazing! It had everything we needed for a quick weekend. I might suggest animal bowls, since it’s pet friendly. We did bring ours, but noticed there weren’t any. River access was amazing and grills were useful and easy! Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Great value for the price! We enjoyed the local experience of Canyon Lake bars, restaurants, and walks! The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful sunset view of the lake. We really enjoyed being on the water and waking up to a yard full of deer every morning. Malina has really done an excellent job at offering anything you may need during your stay! She definitely deserves the superhost title, Malina is also very responsive to every message/questions you may have! Would definitely recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We were able to get away, relax and enjoy nature at it's best. Loved the hospitality and Joe treated us to a great tour of the property. We will definitely book again.

We had the most relaxing stay at this stunning property. Everything was absolutely perfect. The walk down to the river was super easy for me- I’ve been rehabbing from foot and ankle surgery for a year. The steps are wide and the concrete path gave me such confidence to get out and explore the beautiful property. The decor in the casita was posh and with plenty of towels and beautiful linens and bedding we were beyond comfortable. We enjoyed the sunsets and dining under the stars from two different patio spaces that were immaculate. We also loved the swing and spent time there each evening. Kate and Charlene and her husband were so kind and welcoming. The best part of our stay was getting to spend time with Lucy. The sweetest dog ever! I apologize for keeping her out past curfew more than once. We look forward to visiting again SOON!

The location was beautiful! It was so peaceful day or night. We were the only renters on the property but just listening to the crickets and the river was so calming. The pictures do not do the place justice. The room was so cool!

Amazing spot right on the lake. Kent was a cool and respectful host, showed me around the property and made sure everything was good to go for us. Really enjoyed the short time I was there. Especially my pup, he had plenty of space to run around and be his crazy self. Def recommend!

Family of all ages were able to enjoy this property RAIN or shine. We were thankful we booked this property as the first day the weather wasn't the best, but the kids were able to enjoy the entire FLOOR of games and be as loud as they pleased down there. We have never seen a property with SO many games...downstairs was Air Hockey, Skee Ball, Basketball Arcade and Racecar Arcade. Upstairs was a pool table that also converts to another air hocky table, or ping pong, as well as a Craps/Blackjack table for the men..and there is shuffleboard in the kitchen once you remove the table top. THE VIEW is unlike any other. Being high upon the bluff allows you to see for miles across the lake, and see the aqua and dark blue color changes depending on the sun. Being directly across from the yacht club also allowed us to see the many sailboats. We also enjoyed the kayaking & smores at the fireside tables. This house is incomparable to any other Airbnb with ALL of the activities available!
