Nicole and David are completely gracious hosts, accommodating any of our needs, recommending things to do and places to do them, anything you could want from a host. The location is great, good restaurants in the area, 10 minutes from Downtown Austin, and a short distance the University of Texas, 24-hour CVS, a Starbucks and, most important for those of us from the West Coast, an In-N-Out Burger open til 1 a.m. The room is comfortable, a large closet, queen-sized bed and a private bath with a shower/tub. A highlight: Michael and Obama the cats and Albert the dog, puppy really. The cats are affectionate and welcoming and Albert is, well, a puppy. We'd happily stay there again.

My friend and I stayed at one of Mercy’s Airbnbs, and we had a wonderful experience. We were originally set to stay on the 3rd floor, but Mercy reached out early in the day to let us know there was an issue with the unit. She offered to move us to the 1st floor instead, which worked out perfectly for us and was easy to accommodate into our arrival plans. The space was cute, cozy, and felt just like home. Mercy was incredibly responsive to all my questions, addressing them swiftly. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the entire place was beautifully decorated. I’d stay at one of Mercy’s listings again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Mercy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great 2 weeks in Amanda’s place. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Her place is exactly as described and very comfortable. The building is very new and right across from a coffee shop. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in walking distance along with fitness centers available through class pass. One things to note - there is no table to work or eat at. Or chairs for the kitchen island. It was definitely fine by me because I work from a couch.

convenient location, I was a bit worried about the parking situation but there was enough street parking throughout my 3 days there. seemed easier than the parkade option. place was clean and had some basic essentials.

We had an issue with the shower in the bathroom, but once Maggie responded, she was very helpful with providing numerous ways to assist while she was out of town. The backyard is fabulous for pups! Great little spot for a quick trip to Austin!

Beautiful, stylish home with fantastic amenities in a wonderful neighborhood. Great for walking and close to myriad restaurants, grocery stores and other features that make for an enjoyable experience. We stayed here with my parents and everyone had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant time. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our visit. The Airbnb was beautiful, the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. However the star of the show was the backyard, my children love nature and gardening so we were able to appreciate Matt’s beautiful garden while enjoying the weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

This place was so magical! If you want a weekend full of nature and peace this is for you! My family and I enjoyed every thing the home had to offer !

Both of the host were very accommodating and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were great lots of room to grill out and socialize as a family. We will definitely be back to stay location is so perfect

The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The backyard is very peaceful, it was a delight to watch the nesting herons. We also did enjoy the movie theater during a rainy evening. Thanks Michelle for sharing your beautiful home and most importantly for being the best host!

Amazing host and great location on south congress. (Soco) you feel in the center of everything but there are neighborhoods close by which allow you to feel like a regular resident of the city of Austin. Easy access to down town.
