A brilliantly hidden find. Peaceful, private, relaxing and just on the edge of York. A great size and very comfortable. Will hopefully be available next time I’m back in the area.

Lovely place to stay. Host very friendly and helpful. Accommodation lovely, lots of extra nice touches making it feel extra special. Lovely comfortable big bed. Pubs within minutes walking. Easy to get to York using park and ride. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Vanessa’s place and appreciated the goodies she left for us. I had a lovely birthday weekend in the countryside in peaceful surroundings and beautiful decor of the home. York is within easy reach on the bus and it was a very convenient stay all round.
