Monthly Rentals in Hawksbill Mountain

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

This was a great location. It is a bit of a drive to get to other towns, but we loved the seclusion. We didn't get to experience the hiking this trip, but there is a lot of trails in the area. we have experienced some of them before. Over all, we enjoyed the stay. Bill, was very responsive and helpful with any concerns or needs. Great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean and well equipped private space. Comfy bed with choices of blankets. Easy to find and enter. This is a fine space for a several night stay.

This was a great find near Shenandoah National Park! The host was super friendly and the cabin was so comfortable and clean. All of the amenities were super nice as well.
