A very relaxing stay in superb facilities. It is obvious that a great deal of thought and care has gone into developing the home. The location is excellent and very close walking distance to a variety of amenities ( shops, pharmacy, two pubs, railway station, ferry to Exmouth). Hope ghly recommended.

Rae’s retreat was absolutely ideal for our visit to the Tar Barrels at Ottery St Mary. Jude really has thought of everything, milk, butter, eggs and some treats on arrival and everything spotlessly clean. The cabin is cosy and well finished with good quality furnishings and bedding (we’ll be buying some of the pillows). Tucked away on Jude’s property, it feels quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of places to eat (food at local pub very good) and visit. Recommend a visit to Joshua’s for great food and a good range of foodie gifts. We really couldn’t think of anything else that would have made our stay any more enjoyable.

Great place to stay , Claire was really easy to contact. we had both of our Dogs with us perfect surroundings. lovely peaceful get away , close to beaches and nice pubs etc well worth every penny will book again
