A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

We spent Christmas with the family at the property. The welcome was very warm. We had asked in advance if there was the possibility to set up a Christmas tree and we were even provided with a tree stand and offered to provide jewelry. Super sweet! Except for pot holders, we didn't miss anything in terms of furnishings or equipment. ;) In particular, children are also thought of there and my 1.5 year old nephew also had a great time. The view of the mountains is dreamy. The village shop with cafe around the corner is also highly recommended. We had a great time and would come back anytime ☺️

Extremely clean, perfect location. Some very minor issues with the toilet but the host was responsive and helpful. Totally worth the price!

Monica was very friendly, the apartment was clean and it was easy to feel at home. Supermarket across the road. Bus trip to Pasing, or an easy walk, then get the train in to Munich. Blutenburg Xmas market was on during our stay, a 15 minute walk. Would recommend.

We spent a week in the apartment and felt super comfortable. We had an issue with the sauna, which was taken care of immediately and everything was in the way that we could use the facility again quickly. We also felt incredibly comfortable with Sandra's incredibly warm nature! And knew she has an open ear for all our concerns! In addition: super equipped apartment in which we lacked absolutely nothing!

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We stayed in this cottage for the second time with three couples and will definitely be back! ☺️ Everything worked out smoothly and you feel right at home in the accommodation!

Had a great vacation! The house was great and the location is perfect (between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen). Communication with the homeowner was very friendly and they responded quickly. A real recommendation!

Great place with great landlords. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space in the house, easy access to the garden, direct parking in front of the house and many places within walking distance. Definitely a great place to spend an eventful time with his children. I'd love to come back :-)

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

Very nice apartment centrally located in Prien. Lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Very friendly hostess, responds very quickly to questions and has lots of tips on things to do in the area. We had a very nice week at Lake Chiemsee and felt very comfortable in the apartment.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Julian and Lisa were very accommodating hosts and we felt at ease staying in their accommodation for 3 days. Really clean property with homely touches which we appreciated. Great communication and great location 30 mins out of Munich.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Everything went smoothly from check in to stay and check out.

We had a wonderful time in Wolfgang Wohbubg. For the kids and us, it was the perfect place to recharge. We hiked a lot and used the pool and sauna extensively. The apartment is also super equipped and with sunshine we had a wonderful view of the mountains and the beautiful Walchensee.

Everything is perfect x order , cleanliness and accessories ....the only advice from a colleague is to put the shower boxes in the bathrooms!!!!

This was the perfect spot for our Oktoberfest getaway! Close to public transportation and a beautiful, clean apartment. Flor was the perfect host. Would definitely recommend.
