Vacation rentals with a patio in Hausham

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

The apartment was very cosy and we loved staying there. It had all the essential equipment, it was clean and the living room and the dining room was very spacious! Nina is also very kind and responsive host, everything was perfect.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Cosy place. Calm neighbourhood. Parking can be hard sometimes.

Dom is a really great host. The house was enough for our every need. Kitchen is really big and you can cook anything if you are into cooking. The close proximity to public transport was (S Bahn) was helpful. It was a really great stay.

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location has excellent access to transport. We really enjoyed visiting Munich and surrounding area.

My colleague and I went to the fair in Munich and I had to jump in spontaneously. Sarah saved me and accommodated me at short notice - thank you for that! The location was super central, the subway right around the corner and the place exactly as described. After a long day of trade fair, exactly what I needed. In the small kitchen there is everything that is needed - that was also the reason why I could eat much healthier than it is otherwise in a foreign city. Thank you again for everything! We had rented both apartments for our family gathering. The easy access via code was very helpful for the back and forth. The rooms are large and friendly, the bathrooms very modernly furnished. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a larger group, and with a little buzz we all had space at the large table. The email contact with Julia was friendly and informative. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Julian is an outstanding host. He is helpful and always very quick to respond. The house is very big and has a really great kitchen. Especially the living room and terrace outside are perfect lounges for up to 10 people. We were there over New Year's Eve and watched a fireworks display on the lake a 20-minute walk away. In general, you are quickly in the countryside and the surroundings are quiet.

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Simple but beautiful place to stay in a great location. Laurent was super helpful, was incredibly responsive.

The apartment is simply ideal, you have a parking space, the city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and yet you have your peace and quiet if you are there like us to the music festival and the whole city shakes. We also really liked the small garden area, ideal for balmy summer nights. Gabriele and her daughter were extremely helpful and the communication worked great. Highly recommended.

Rainer was incredibly nice and helpful. Have not understood how the bathtub works, that you first have to press the button tightly. Here he is also directly high and was quick to help us out. :) Really very spacious and beautiful. Especially the lots of sun that falls into the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay here! Place was big, clean, and has a great view of the city. Located close to public transportation and Vivi was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay!

Julian and Lisa were very accommodating hosts and we felt at ease staying in their accommodation for 3 days. Really clean property with homely touches which we appreciated. Great communication and great location 30 mins out of Munich.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

The host are welcoming us privately and explain the whole place facilities warmly and clearly. The place is very nice and big enough for 4 of us. The warm floor deck system is very useful during winter. Host providing many snack and complete coffee type. The environment is very peaceful and safe. The place is very recommended for us who want to taste the local taste in suburban of Munchen.

Great host, and amazing house. So much space and just a few minutes to walk into the center of town. Loved staying here!
