Villa vacation rentals in Hastings

This was our 2nd stay at Little Rock and it was just as wonderful this time. The house is well equipped & comfortable, set in beautiful grounds and built into the hillside. We almost didn't notice the storm raging across the UK, except for the power cuts during our stay. Stuart was a great host from beginning to end of our stay, very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, especially helpful when the power went out across the region. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Little Rock and we'll definitely be back to stay.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. It is very large and beautifully furnished. It’s actually a converted pub and there’s an amazing bar as soon as you enter the house, which we made full use of! The garden is beautiful and the hot tub is a great addition. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect for our group and so spacious. It’s clearly a ‘home’ and everything you could need is provided. We had lunch at the Salehurst Halt - highly recommend - the food was excellent!

Excellent for a family get together over several generations. Roomy, comfortable, clean. A good location for outdoors activities in nice weather, yet plenty of places to visit when weather closes in. We had a lovely long week-end.

From the moment I got there the host was in contact to make sure everything was up to scratch and that I had settled in ok having everything I needed, the communication was fantastic when I asked questions, would not hesitate in recommending this lovely space

Everything was as it should be. We felt very much at home. We enjoyed a lovely Christmas tree and complimentary season treats. It was a joy to celebrate my 70. birthday in Jeani‘s house. Thank you very much! 🥳🤩

The location was fantastic and we even managed to squeeze our car in the space. The house was spotless and having two bathrooms was a godsend. Finally a really big thank you. The journey took 7 hours not 4. We missed dinner and our 1 year old was starving. Thank you so much for the butter and eggs, scrambled eggs on toast was just the ticket for him after being in the car for such a long time.

We had a lovely stay, perfect place for a getaway! I would definitely come back.
