Really enjoyed our weekend away, great communication from the start. Quite and quirky cottage, so peaceful even though it's on a road, this wasn't a problem for us.. The hot tub was amazing.. A great extra to the weekend...☺️☺️

We had a great time at The Granary. Really cosy and comfortable with lovely grounds and pool/ hot tub. Nice villages and pubs a short drive away.

What a lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is about a mile from Bexhill-on-Sea, so under 30 mins each each way to walk. Very close to Hastings and other local villages to drive to. The home was well kitted out, lots of space for us to spread out and for our dog to roam outside in the garden. Close to the sea and to walk into town. Ella was very responsive to any messages which we really appreciated.

absolutely stunning. took my mum and older kids for a family weekend for a Christmas present. the cottage is cosy and just so cute. it has something for everyone my son's watched sky movies in the open plan kitchen.I drunk wine with mum in the beautiful cottage lounge and relaxed. we all enjoyed the hot tub and views. cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate in the conservatory. The bath was a absolute perfect end to the day before falling in to a very comfortable bed. in my room I had sky TV so everyone had enough space if needed. it's a absolutely hidden gem and very private with stunning views and well kept garden. tenterden is only 10 mins drive where there's restaurants, pubs and a large tesco. the cottage is so perfect we didn't need to go out and seek things to do. if I could rate this beautiful air BNB I would give it 6 out of five but I can only give it five out five . thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home 🙏🏻❤️

Very cozy little place, perfect for a couple wanting to chill out for a few days. Close to a lot of quaint towns, a few beaches, and some nice pubs. Great communication from host at all times! Will defo come here again :)

Badgers Den was spotlessly clean , and the best equipped AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. They have thought of everything. The facilities were amazing and the gardens simply divine. Their love of horticulture was very obvious with the amount of beautiful plants in the property. I thought the ones in the cottage were fake initially as they were so big and lush. But they are all real ! Sadly the weather was pretty rubbish but we spent a few days just cosying up in the cottage playing games and watching films . Cannot recommend this place enough and hopefully will come back when the weather is a bit better. Great hosts. Great place . Incredible attention to detail. Thank you so much

We had a perfect stay at Carly's house! We came for a Christmas weekend away and arrived on Friday evening to such a welcoming little house. The heating was on, the fire was laid, the side lamps were lit (including a fairy lights on the Christmas tree!) and there was mulled wine and panettone left out for us in the living room. The place is beautifully and creatively decorated, with lots of thoughtful details - Carly clearly has a great eye for design. It was super clean (even the garden seemed spotless!) and felt plush, with lots of cosy blankets, White Company bath towels and nice crockery, serving bowls etc. We loved the hot tub and lazing by the fire in the evenings. You can see the sea from the bedroom window and there are lovely clifftop walks nearby. We also enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge on Eastbourne beach, a 20 minute walk away. Carly was a super proactive and responsive host and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Carly!! X

We went to celebrate my Mum’s, niece and my son’s birthdays! We wanted somewhere peaceful and cosy but somewhere that was also a little bit special. I stay away a lot for work in lots of different hotels and I can honestly say it felt like I was staying in a 5* hotel every room had such attention to detail. Little handmade soaps, beautiful books left to read in different locations, antique furniture & the beds were very comfortable spotless throughout! We all left feeling spoilt and had the most wonderful stay. We will definitely be booking again we loved it so so much!!!!! I could not recommend highly enough!!!! Thank you for having us.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

Really lovely little cottage full of character but very comfortable and well equipped, set in beautiful, peaceful countryside. Great for long dog walks and relaxing by the log burner on winter evenings. Wonderful big garden. Restaurants and other amenities in nearby Heathfield. Hosts were kind and helpful but gave us complete privacy. Hope we can come again and stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s cozy and beautifully furnished cottage! Jackie was incredibly helpful and proactive, providing us with all the information we needed before our stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The cottage itself was warm, inviting, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the small details to the overall comfort of the space, it was clear that a lot of care had gone into creating the perfect getaway. During our stay, we enjoyed exploring the area, including a visit to Sissinghurst Castle and a lovely day out in Tunbridge Wells. We also had a relaxing day indoors working on our couples vision board, which the cozy atmosphere of the cottage made even more enjoyable. Jackie was always responsive and supportive, making sure everything was perfect for us. If you're considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed! A truly thoughtful host and a fantastic stay!

Romy greeted us with a complimentary drink in the pub opposite as she was finishing up with a unexpected repair emergency to our accommodation. She had arranged a resolution to her issue had her property not been ready for us, but it wasnt needed fortunately. Romy is as 'hands on or hands off' as required and she was helpful recommending local walks and providing extras where requested. The beds upstairs are singles due to space available but the sofa bed in main living room pulls out as a double. The property gets cosy warm quickly and the heat does rise up the stairs. We were out visiting family for most of our stay but equally would have enjoyed a quiet retreat break enjoying the local walks and beauty of the area. Thanks Romy :)

We really enjoyed staying at Katie’s cottage. Katie was really helpful and gave us nice clear instructions to find the cottage. The house was very clean and had everything we wanted. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was nice and warm even in the stormy weather. Thank you for an easy and lovely stay.

Great location in the heart of the village. Free parking space less than a minutes walk from the cottage. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Good TV and WiFi. Fantastic Delicatessen and other boutique shops in the village to keep us busy. A very short drive to a multitude of things to do and gorgeous walks from the door. Super friendly and responsive host and agent. We will be back.

Our stay at Michelle’s place was absolutely perfect. The property’s location was ideal, just a short distance from the high street and all the attractions Rye has to offer. The home itself was beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Michelle was wonderfully responsive throughout our visit and went above and beyond to assist us when we accidentally left something behind, kindly arranging for it to be sent back to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Brenda's accommodation is truly worth the five stars given. Everything has been thought of to make guests feel completely welcomed, relaxed and comfortable. All rooms were spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The 'welcome pack' of eggs, milk, bread, butter, jam, fruit and biscuits was so generous. The accommodation is positioned in a tranquil village but is within easy reach of Rye and other local places of interest. Brenda is an absolute diamond! Would heartily recommend!

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill
