we had a great time in Oberthulba. Ines and her husband and super received and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Were allowed to put our motorcycles in the garden and even got documents so they didn't sink in. the house was super cool down and we didn't miss anything. especially the garden appealed to us, every night we sat outside for a long time and even with some music Ines had no problem. We will be happy to come back ! Thank you so much for the nice week !

Wonderful, cozy retreat close to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and many other lovely cities. Dirk is a responsive host, and there are clear instructions for everything around the house. The house itself is both spacious and cozy, and a great place for several adults and children to gather. We didn’t spend much time at the house itself because we were adventuring around to Christmas markets in the area, but we felt cozy and comfortable during our time there. A great choice for exploring Germany, we hope to come back!

Great apartment that makes you feel right at home. Extremely clean kitchen and good amenities of the entire apartment. We arrived in the dark and had trouble finding the right driveway with the car, but the next day everything was good.

The many superlative reviews that I read when I booked this AirBnB proved to be all accurate and true. I needed a 10 week rental while carrying out studies at the local University. This was outstanding for my extended stay, and I booked another 30 days starting in a few weeks. The bicycle and adjacent laundry room were real conveniences, and there was much adjacent "free space". Leona and Wolfgang added numerous thoughtful touches that made the stay a real pleasure. I would particularly recommend this rental to those seeking a quiet residential area as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a central city. I felt very peaceful and "at home" and would gladly return for a personal/pleasure trip as opposed to a business trip.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

We felt right at home at Sabine’s apartment. She allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in and also gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. She even had. Christmas tree up and gave us some glüwein and Christmas treats. The apartment was clean and spacious and has everything we needed. Also a great central location for exploring the Christmas markets and the old town. Highly recommend!

The comfortable beds were particularly pleasant in the accommodation. In addition, the host was quite flexible and made it possible to leave the luggage with him after check-out on the day of departure. This allowed you to do something on the last day. Thank you very much

We spent a few days in Eva's apartment and felt at home. It is a very nice, large apartment, very clean and quiet with a great view. It has everything you need and we were very nicely welcomed with snacks and drinks. Eva is always available and responds very quickly. We can recommend the apartment 100% and will be happy to come back.

Good day. I stayed there with my wife from 27.11 to 9.12.24. I really liked everything. Quiet place, close to the center and the embankment, cozy clean apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, hospitable hosts, there is a place to put the car. Check-in was quick, at 13.00 we could check in, the hostess gave us the keys, they live in the same house and showed us everything around the apartment, there was also a treat(sweet pie and candy), a bottle of water, which was very pleasant. Also, then we were treated to cookies, offered vegetables from our own greenhouse, it was very nice of them. We had a great time there. Thank you for the coziness and hospitality! Easy to reach, large and clean house and in a nice village. Unfortunately, the mattresses were really too soft from all the beds so you roll to each other every time, but great for 1 night. Thank you!

We would like to thank Doris for the beautiful stay in your house and can only recommend the apartment. Cleanliness and amenities were perfect and the location is ideal for city visits to Coburg, Bamberg, Kulmbach, Bayreuth and excursions to the Franconian and Thuringian forests.

We were able to book at very short notice and were very well received. A small refreshment was already ready in the spacious, spacious apartment. All around, everything was right.

The place is beautiful, very cozily furnished and makes you feel right at home. There is everything you need and the place is really very clean. There are also plenty of parking spaces available and for unloading luggage you can park right outside the front door. The hosts are very personable, friendly and helpful 😊

Beautiful, clean, very spacious apartment! Andrea was very accommodating, provided a high chair, fallout protection and children's bedding. The kitchen is super equipped! At the beginning it was a bit cold in the apartment but due to the fireplace and the wood provided we had it nice and cozy warm.
